Be warned about buying online

Be warned about buying online. They don’t tell you that they don’t have the product in stocked or a product is back ordered/back logged. They refused to cancel and process a refund when I spoke to customer rep about shipment because it was several days past the business shipment window. They will charge and keep your money knowing they have issues and delay in shipment and have no idea when you will receive your order. Unbelievably horrible business practices. Do not order from here. I will be putting a stop payment from my bank. They will not be getting my money! Period!

To buy this product online is a nightmare. You have to wait in and sign for the delivery so you can’t live your normal life. You have to be here otherwise they take the package away and then you have to go and search for the package in the post office not a good buying experience Unfortunately they don’t have this product in stores locally which makes it even more difficult. I’m going to find another product because this is the second time I’ve had to order online. The first time they ended up having to refund the entire order as it was never delivered lost in the post office chain.

Terrible online purchase experience

Terrible online purchase experience! It is my first time to buy their products from their website, normally I just bought the products from Sephora. It takes more than 2 weeks to receive my package and when I open it, the items in that package are not what I order! It looks like someone else’ order. So I call them immediately, but their customer service didn’t help at all, they just create a case and forward to another team and ask u to wait for their reply. I understand they probably don’t have the access to do anything else, but their attitude showed that they don’t care at all. I am so surprised that such high-end product company provided such bad services (logistics +customer service), super disappointed, won’t buy their products from the website anymore. Do not recommend anyone to buy their products from their website. As of today, still no one from La mer contact me for the resolution.

Ich kann nur jedem von einer Bestellung abraten!

Ich hab mir dort eine Tagespflege bestellt und gar nicht vertragen. Gerötete Haut, Ausschlag, das volle Programm. Daraufhin setzte ich mich mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung der übrigens nur Anfragen weiterleitet und nicht selbst beantwortet.
Hier meldete man sich auch recht schnell und es schien als würde man sich meiner Sache annehmen. Ich sollte einen mehrseitigen Fragebogen ausfüllen mit solch sinnfreien Angaben wie Größe und Gewicht (was hat das mit einer Unverträglichkeit zu tun)?
Das Beste ist jedoch das Estee Lauder Zugriff auf Patientenunterlagen wünscht wenn man bereits beim Arzt gewesen ist? Vom Datenschutz hat man hier noch nie was gehört.

Ich habe den Bogen so gut es ging ausgefüllt, später noch Fotos des Tiegels und meiner entzündeten Augen mitgeschickt und dann … NICHTS!
Die Sache war anscheinend für das Unternehmen gegessen. Die Zaubercreme die Wunden heilt und Falten mindert sorgte bei mir für schwerste Schwellungen. Sich dann trotz Reminder gar nicht mehr zu melden zeigt was für ein Unternehmen dahinter steckt.
Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten hier zu bestellen da man bei Problem allein gelassen wird. Wer mehrere hundert Euro für ein Produkt verlangt sollte mehr Geld in guten Kundenservice stecken.
Grauenhaft und nie nie wieder.

Terrible Online Shopping Experience

I placed an order recently at La Mer's website, the products shipped out within one day after I purchased them. However, the package was damaged before it gets to me and had been sent back to the seller. (It stated on the Tracking page, I never received the package.) Then I requested for reshipment, guess what, nothing has been shipped out after three days. In the meantime, when I contacted customer service, they kept telling me the package has been prepared for shipping; but when I got tired of this and asked for a refund the last time, the lady said yes soon enough after she checked the order status, which means the " has been prepared for shipment" thing is a lie!

I don't understand why the package could be shipped out one day after I made the purchase at the beginning, but when I requested for reshipment(which they offered), nothing has been shipped out after three days. The package got damaged in the middle of the transfer and has been sent back to them; I didn't even see it, but they made me feel like that's my fault, otherwise, I can't think of any reason they are not reshipping the package. If the products I ordered are on backorder, I think I deserve an email of notification as well.

After all this, I sent an email to their complaint department yesterday, I don't get any reply today, which I understand since today is Saturday. However, when I tried to get on my La Mer account to check my order, to see if it is in return/refund status, guess what, I found out my account got canceled, it was gone! Wow, I was so impressed and amazed that how they take care of the complaints and the customer!

Top quality, but deserves more thoughtfulness...

Original: It's the first time that I've used the company, and my girlfriend has always been happy with this brand. The reason I rated it 3 stars, is because of the poor marketing of the product. I ordered a package to be sent directly to my girlfriend's house in US, and there was no option to add wrap/designate as a gift, the products came in a box tightly packed, and almost caused spillage. For such an expensive/good quality brand, they should put more time into the small things of how the delivered package should look like.

Edit 1: I appreciate how the Company values their customers, and my original review above was genuinely valued. After the first poor experience, CremeDelaMer reached out to me and they have worked out a solution by sending me a new package.
They put in a lot of effort to make it up for the poor experience. However, the new package still came in a "less than" desired fashion, with no gift wrapping, or a birthday card (given that it was my girlfriend's birthday) or any bubble wrap to keep the items safe.
This 5 star review is posted to recognise the company's efforts to making things right.

I wish the company will go above and beyond to tailor to the customer's needs, in order to create a unique experience (depending on the special occasion). This is more than just a product, it is an experience (love and care - skin care)

Fraudulent company

7 days after purchase, no shipping confirmation, order doesn't even appear on my account... support phone number is FAKE, call goes to an Airport in Germany... No one replies to support emails. Fraudulent company beware! Order placed on the EU website
