It was our first order and we ordered 40+ trophies and unfortunayelt it turned out to be of extremmaly poor quality material and it's totally garbage product. It's hardly a 5 or 10 cents worth of material (substandard plastic) imported like from China in bulk and placed on stone with printed letters they call it engraving. Be careful before buying and order 1 before you go for bulk.

overcharged me for custom art when I never used my own art and I used theirs instead; so had to request a 77.00 refund, but they didn't believe me on the phone and they could not see that I used their art and not mine over the phone so they had to do an investigation first before refunding me. Still waiting on the refund but they did promise me I'd get it. On my other order one of the comet spinners was broken but I was able to fix it myself, however they did NOT put a sticker on it, so luckily they supplied me with extra stickers that I was able to put on myself. So overcharged, plus broken comet spinner, plus NO sticker on the spinner!

The awards arrive quickly! They look great! There was a flaw or two but Crown responded immediately. A replacement was sent the next day.

Awards turned out perfect. Quick delivery. Exactly what we needed and wanted with no hassle, run around or waiting to see what the product was until we received it. Was a third of the cost of local trophy maker and just as nice.

Quick delivery, quality product, made for a great gift

When I created the awards, I uploaded the wrong logo first. I realized and uploaded the correct logo. The awards arrived with the wrong logo. Customer service would not replace my awards. Their "system" did not have a record of the new logo being uploaded, but when I created the order the preview showed the correct logo.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. The trophy I ordered was ALL plastic except for the base. It looked like it was wrapped in foil. The quality is ridiculously poor. When I calls to express my issue, they told me I could return the trophy but it would be a 30% restocking fee AND the delivery fee would be on me. Lastly, this joke of a business stated it would take up to 10 business days for my the remaining 70% to go back to my card. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. If you shop at Crown Awards know that you don't be getting good quality or great service.

The delivery was exceptionally fast and the product is great quality! Everything arrived as ordered and hoped for. My son was thrilled over his medal.

I ordered 64 plaques and 18 rings for our football and cheerleading teams on Thursday night around 9:30pm. And they was delivered to my house by 12 noon on that Saturday. The turnaround time was amazing. All plaques and rings was correct. Yall done a fantastic job.
