Har stadig ikke betalt penge tilbage fra sidste år. Nægter at betale tilbage og vil kun udstede voucher, hvilket er ulovligt!
Kundeservice er ikke eksisterende, og de lægger røret på!

This is the worst airline company ever!! We booked the tickets beginning of 2020 for August 2020. In June 2020 they cancelled the flights. I checked on the portal (Skyscanner) where we had bought the tickets for alternative flights and saw CSA flights again there planned for 20 minutes earlier on the same days. The price was higher, whilst the original price was already high enough:-( We didn't trap into buying new tickets and we accepted the voucher they offered hoping we could get a refund a year later as announced, provided we hadn't used that voucher. A year later the company is in a bankruptcy procedure or whatever and they do not seem to refund at all. When I try to book flights from now on in order to still use the vouchers because they claim to still support certain destinations, I do not get any available flights. Any combination of given destinations seems unavailable and I get a lot of errors on the website.
This cost us 1200 euro till now and useless hours spent. Terribly poor organization!! You wouldn't expect this scam behavior from an airline, would you? Very, very disappointed...

Hvis flyselskabet har aflyst dit fly, er udgangspunktet, at du kan vælge mellem at blive ombooket eller få pengene tilbage.
Du har ret til at få det fulde beløb for flybilletten tilbage. Det gælder også, hvis du har købt billetten hos en billetformidler i stedet for direkte hos flyselskabet. Hvis billetformidleren vil opkræve et gebyr for at refundere, anbefaler vi, at du forsøger at kontakte flyselskabet, som i sidste ende har ansvar for, at du får pengene tilbage.
Flyselskabet hæfter ikke for andre udgifter, du måtte have haft og har bestilt separat såsom hotel/overnatning, billeje m.m. Tjek evt. din rejseforsikring.
Vouchers og gavekort
I tilfælde, hvor flyet er blevet aflyst, tilbyder nogle flyselskaber, at du i stedet for ombookning/pengene tilbage kan få en voucher/gavekort til senere brug. Flyselskabet må gerne tilbyde dig en voucher/gavekort, men du kan selv vælge, om du ønsker den løsning. Før du tager imod, skal du være opmærksom på løbetiden, om der er knyttet særlige vilkår til brugen, og om det er realistisk, at du kan nå at bruge voucheren/gavekortet, inden den/det udløber. Som udgangspunkt gælder vouchere efter danske regler i tre år, men der kan godt aftales en kort tidsfrist, som ikke må være urimelig kort.
Du vil i nogle tilfælde kunne få udbetalt værdien på voucheren op til et år efter, at den er udløbet, jf. reglerne i betalingsloven. Det afgørende vil i den situation være, om voucheren er en såkaldt ikke-vederlagsfri elektronisk tjeneste, hvilket altid vil bero en konkret vurdering. Det kan desuden have betydning, hvor virksomheden er etableret, da der er tale om en dansk særregel. Det er Forbrugerombudsmanden, som i Danmark håndhæver reglerne på området.
We did not get a refund since May 2020, we are waiting for 8 months now. It is hardly possible to talk to the customer service. Requests are answered with standard texts, or they are not answeded at all. We booked the flights on a portal, but Czech Airlines rejects to transfer the refund to the portal.
I think we won't get our money back. Very bad service.
They cancelled my onward flight to Rome stating, it is because of Corona. They offered me a flight one day earlier and one day later. They refused to refund my money.
I wanted to file a complaint about our supposed to be travel going to Prague today but apparently we were not able to join the flight as we were hold on the boarding security gate. My partner and I were told that even though we have our UK residency cards and we have Schengen Visa but because we are not British nationals and only hold Philippine passport we cannot travel to Prague for our 5 day holiday trip. Before we book in this trip, taking into consideration the pandemic situation, we did our research and look into both the government sites of UK and Czech Republic travel advisory and both countries clearly state that there are no restrictions to their countries As they are both considered in the green area. And I quote, on the gov.uk official site.. it stated “There are currently no restrictions in place on entering the Czech Republic if you are travelling from the UK”
Likewise, on the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic(mvcr.cz) it says that on the
1.Important Notice: “As of July 13th, 2020 it will be possible to travel to CZE without necessity of proving the purpose of the travel when travelling from any country on the list of the countries with a low risk.”
Also, on page 6 pdf file titled
Conditions for entry of persons to the territory of the Czech Republic (valid from 1.7.2020 00:00) in accordance with the Ministry of Health Protective Measure
Page 6 clearly states:
“C.3 Third country citizens with long-term or permanent residence in a green zone
-travel document
PLUS:
Long-term or permanent residence in a green zone EU country:
- long-term or permanent residence permit in an EU country (long-term or short-term visa is not sufficient)
Long-term or permanent residence in a green zone third country:
- permission to enter the Czech territory (visa-free travel, residence permit in another EU state, visa issued by CZ or another EU state)
- PLUS: long-term or permanent residence permit in that country (long-term or short- term visa issued by a third country is not sufficient)”
So following these government advices on their official websites which we read and followed, why on earth we were not allowed to board for our supposed to be travel today going to Prague!? The flight attendant who was checking my passport adviced me not to rely on the government website as she said it is not updated. So if we don’t rely on the website, where do we seek advice then?! I don’t believe that it is not updated as the dates are just been uploaded this July 2020.
It is just very frustrating and disheartening to experience this, such a waste of our time and money when we all have the necessary travel documents on hand but just because our passport is from a third world country even though we are living in the UK since 2015 does not suffice in your end even with a valid Schengen Visa and UK residence permit. This is the only time we get to spend our holiday since we were working non stop as frontline healthcare workers here in London and disappontingly this is what we experienced in return. This is just so unfair when if you are basing things on nationalities and not on the permanent residency the person is situated at the time being!
Refund our flight ticket back!!!
I was flying business class and my suitcase has been damaged. I have reported the damage throughout the online form on CSA website in accordance with their terms and conditions. I got no reply for 4 month even though I sent CSA the reminder. I have also contacted their customer support on call where I was told that there is nothing what they can do about this situation but to fill the online form again. It’s really disrespectful behavior to customer.
I bought the tickets from an agency. My flight was changed by the airline - moved 2 day forward. Their support team keep telling me they can't change my tickets and I have to contact the agency. The agency's support in the other hand tell that Czech Airlines can definitely change my tickets, and I need to pay 56 euros if I want the agency to do it for me. I don't know who is right here, but it seems scam.
By the way it is the second time when they change my flight from Kazan to Prague, it is not very convenient by itself, but I guess the agencies should be happy.

Yesterday we flew from Prague The plane was due to leave 17.45 Understandably it was delayed due to weather
However on going thru the gate to board the plane a label was attached to our hand luggage and we were ushered thru without explanation
On boarding the plane when half way up the stairs someone grabbed my bag Again no explanation
When we boarded we tried to ask the air hostesse what was happening to our bag and what to do in eventuality it was lost as it did not have our name on it
She huffed and sighed and said nothing just look at us blank
So We asked if she understood
In a very rude manner she said she did and then said bag would be there on arrival
Again asked what to do if it was not as our name and details were not on bag We were met with further rudeness
On arrival We informed her that we would be filing a complaint
Instead of apologizing she just sad go ahead
Told her that when one asks her a questions that she should have the courtesy to reply
She said “next time speak proper English “
Told that I was English ! How much ruder and unprofessional can she get!
Unfortunately or maybe this was her intention she did not have her name badge on
Not until we landed we saw the label said hand in when boarding plane
Plus the delay was not on the boards
We had to go to information to find out Luckily we did as we may then have missed our flight !
We are more than disgusted with the lack of information and then the complete unprofessional and rude behavior of the air hostess
They are worse than Ryan air and that’s an achievement
Do not ever fly CSA! They are absolute scam-artists. When you are trying to do the online chceck-in,you have an assigned seat and all other seats are paid. When you click any other seat to see the price,they reserve it and you won’t have the option to change back to the originally asigned one. When you call their hotline,all they say is that you can change it back at the airport check-in.
And standing at the check in at the airport is exactly why we do the online check-in for!
This is tricking the user to purchase - a predatory and scam practice and CSA shall be fined or shut-down by the trade oversight authorities.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE
Terrible service, extremely expensive tickets, no included luggage, old planes, no food or even water free of charge, OK PLUS programme useless.
There are a plenty of low-cost airlines that fly to and from Prague.
Stay away from CSA and help them go bankrupt quietly.
