My account was suddenly banned, excluded from the Rain system, and my balance of over 160 coins was completely wiped out. When I contacted support to understand what happened, they simply claimed it was due to "suspicious activity" and stated that their decision is final. To make things worse, they refused to provide any specific explanation or evidence, hiding behind the excuse that sharing details could allow users to "bypass" their security systems. This is completely unfair because I have absolutely nothing to hide. The only thing I did was claim the hourly drop. Since I am a real user and not a bot, I used to claim it from my PC at home, from my phone when I was out, and occasionally from my friend's PC when I was staying over at his place for the night. This normal, everyday usage was clearly flagged as "suspicious" by an inaccurate automated algorithm, and the support team refused to even listen or review my case properly.I am a legitimate customer who has been falsely banned and robbed of 160+ coins. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform because they can delete your balance and permanently lock you out at any moment without giving you a single valid reason.

would honestly give 0. starting with the site itself. it is laggy and bugged out all the time. it doesnt properly refresh balance on multiple screen so i once lost 800C so approxamitely 500€ in real money due to it showing 40C on one window and then i went to put those 40C on green and it showed me 40C in that window too. the support just ignores you over your complaints. the rewards are nothing but the leftovers of your addiction. we went from a decent chance to get up to 200C from Lv70 case including multiple cases to have better odds of at least getting a pull to about .6-3 coins average per day and only one case as a chance to get a decent hit. the weekly rakeback is a joke and so is the monthly rakeback. we went from being rewarded to play on the site to being made fun of for enjoying to use their site. and i have read other replies complaining about the rewards. you cant seriously say that these rewards are even close to being as rewarding as the old system despite it not needing to be active all the time. there would have been so many better ways to support more engagement with the site than to rob people off of their recent activity on this site. i recommend to never touch this site or leave your hands off of it. yes gambling is usually a loss but at this point its not even fun to be scammed by a lagfest of a gambling site. most of the time when you do a battle you dont even get to see it and you are more than likely just sad over the result anyway ;) no thank you.

Scammers , Monarch was right!

Die Seite wird von Tag zu Tag immer schlechter. Die täglichen Bonis sind gleich der Erde geworden und die Seite hat sehr starke Verbindungsprobleme.

After the new update they screwed all users. Dont use this shit hole. You will be scammed aswell.

Avoid this site, its scam now

Out of nowhere he snaps and steals your daily cases, claiming they’re crypto withdrawals, so don’t cry about it. And the new daily cases can’t even be withdrawn in cryptocurrency. I don’t think the owner can be trusted — he just can’t rely on

Site was once good, now it's most recent update is a kick in the pants to all users, long term users are screwed over the worst. Everyone labeled as leeches essentially unless you dump your wallet into the account and pray to lose every time. Big joke now stay far, far away.

The new update absolutely craps on the loyal users, rendering all our time and money spent there to nothing. The owners DO NOT give a crap about the users, AVOID this site.

Seems like rugpull. Making people play there to get daily rewards and then suspending daily rewards and downing earnings.

This site is just a scam!
Ever since steam updated the revert system people that uses it gets banned from the site unless they pay an absurd amount of money.
Don't play on this site use any other site but not this one!

With the new update everything we worked for the last 5 years has been nuked. just so they can have cryptowithdrawls. worst update in 5 years. will not depo single cent until this gets reversed

Bunch of greedy scammers is what the owners are. Never ever will they see another dollar come out of my pocket. GREEEEEDD!!!

Scam site, deposited a million, with new update, we receive back 1 buck

Site pushed update that ripped of users and didnt function

They do all they can to rip off their customers, as a former lvl 95 player, the’re gonna make me gamble even more, than ever before. And in return? I can 12c a day back! What a joke, never depositing even 0,0000001c more. Hope they go out of business asap.
