Order took a bit too long to be processed and the books are damaged on the corners.

Pre-ordered a product a year ago.

I have been told that it "was sent last week" multiple times by customer service.

From talking to people in the RPG community there are quite a few people in this position.

Avoid.

I haven't recieved the BOOKS I purchased, so how can I score anyting but a zero. [?] Provide me with the books and we can go again. :)

I have ordered physical books and have yet to receive any confirmation or details of when these items will be shipped. Website is no use and request emails have been ignored

Cubicle 7 create incredible quality games and with stunningly beautiful and heavily detailed books to convey it through. Their books come with PDFs, and they package them for delivery better than any other company. The extremely rare time I've had any issues they were resolved with a single email.

Cubicle Seven are smashing it out the park with their games at present. I am loving Soulbound and the Foundary app makes running the game a breeze.

I would like to see more foundry apps for Soulbound though, Champions of Destruction for example.

But overall, absolutely no complaints.

Great products and purchasing experience, the one time where I've needed to talk to Customer support they got back to me immediately and sorted things out really fast.

Fantastic products. Impressive quality for the WFRP 4th ed. books. They are absolutely amazing. Packing is responsible, and none of the countless books I have bought have been damaged in transport. Pricing is a bit in the high end.

I really like Cubicle 7. I have thoroughly enjoyed the work they have done on the fourth edition of the Warhammer Fantasy RPG. The Starter Box is one of the best for any RPG on the market, and everything they release is of very high quality.
Recently I had an issue with previous purchases not appearing in my account. Within 24 hours I had received a communication from one of the customer service technicians, new links to download the items, and my account was updated. Really excellent service.

Being able to download a PDF version was most helpful as the hardcopy is still on it's way I hope. But I look forward to when it arrives as reading on the screen is not as nice as flipping through the pages.

Cubicle Seven designs amazing games and provides excellent customer resources and support through the website.

Good quality stuff but a bit expensive. Great system, great setting, love it! Problem is convoluted rules with a great deal of cross referencing and searching for a specific text. Rules for how to use a shield is split in 3 or 4 different parts without side references.

Really like that the PDF is given for hard copies. When a company doesn't do this it can really make it hard to support their games and it's one of the things that keeps bringing me back to C7.

However, I decided to dock a star because of a consistency in late deliveries for products. The gap between releases was huge in 2023. The quality has been great lately, and it's very appreciated, but hard copies of Lustria were originally slated for the end of 2022 and they're just getting to be shipped. Also the slow migration of the database from the old website to the new is still causing issues for people who can't see their past purchases (which has been going on for over a year as well).

I ordered some WFRP books from Cubicle 7 and I am very happy about it. Everything went quite smoothly: my order was sent less than 24 hours after I placed it. Books arrived in mint condition due to excellent packaging. What more can one ask for?
So… I shall order some more books, I guess.
