HGV drivers Avoid! Couldn’t opt me out on pensions properly chased for months to get my £197.00 a month pensions back. £12.60 after 11hrs of work. And they plan for 13hrs 14hrs 15hrs and night out if you’re really unlucky. Better companies out there. I worked 6 days a weeks 15 months 5 on 3 off shifts. 3hrs to 6hrs waiting time. Made me start 5pm or so and I did my first job and made me wait my 10th hour to go 30 plus miles for another job. I had 1 hour left before finish time and ended up doing another 15hr shift. They know I live 24 miles away. I even came from Türkiye holiday at Gatwick took train home and 3hrs later I opted to work for overtime and was promised better shifts less hours for that working week and nope. That’s Tilbury depot.

I bought the ninja knife set for $85.85 in Oct 2025, still waiting. I guess a scam website. Not happy at all. My loss, never again.

This has got to be the worst delivery company in the history of delivery companies! They can never seem to deliver on time, the last delivery I had was nearly 2 weeks overdue, the one I am waiting on is now over a week late. Sometimes they have delivered to an old address which is more than 10 years old!! Utterly useless. Trustpilot need to add a ZERO score for people like this because a score of 1 is 1 more than they deserve.

Went to their Port of Salford place last year as agency driving.
Horrible place, transport dept worst. Drivers are bullied into maxing out hours , planning staff very arrogant and rude. If complain seniors will listen then just ignore what you said. Drivers and warehouse staff were very depressed This company talks good but does not deliver or treat its employees well. Definitely would not recommend this place to work

Please don't work here
It will cause you to become depressed, stressed because their employees like to bully, harass and make new people feel worthless. Then to top it off they will not pay you your final payslip and will pocket the cash for themselves

Culina group in Heywood also known as great bear distribution. Horrible people to work with, if you are new they will bully you into doing it as fast and as well as they do it, most of the time causing an incident as you are not experienced enough yet. Shift managers are nice but do not help with the situation at all. I would not recommend working here.

Had a terrible experience with this company. I believe I was working with a member of staff here by the name of “Alex Stewart” alex was racist and disrespectful to me multiple times. I had made an administrative complaint which was completely ignored. Highly recommend using other couriers.

My wife returned home yesterday on the M5 from Birmingham to Worcester. Just north of Worcester she told me that the driver of a Robert Burns (they've recently been taken over by Culina) lorry had been very aggressive in the 50 mph restricted zone, flashing his lights and tailgating - when she was trapped in on all sides and the driver on front was doing 49 mph.
She rang Burns but was told that they'd been taken over by Culina and that without the registration number they could do nothing.
What if she'd braked suddenly? These drivers are beyond irresponsible :(

Culina group drivers have zero consideration for anything except themselves as they thunder around in the v early morning .. they drive at speed and dangerously even closer to schools. I have personally witnessed this in Denham ... they also do not bother replying to emails when these are raised to them. Any company wishing to use them should read this and see they are an accident waiting to happen and shouldn't be trusted with delivery of a letter let alone any goods.. I have the number plates of the drivers and will report

45 Berth, Tilbury Docks, Tilbury RM18 7EH, The woman sitting at the entry gate at night behaves very rudely. If you are even 15 minutes late from your appointment For cargo unloading , you will be in trouble. By chance, even if you reach earlier, you will not be allowed inside, theirs is a very stupid system.

Whilst Culina may have a fleet of nice new cabs for their drivers, their trailers are amongst the worst, the filthiest and very dangerous to load trailers ever.

Culina's trailers are almost always filthy on the inside where mostly foodstuffs are transported. The curtain-side trailers are old and decrepit with holes in the floor so large that wheels from heavy loads can get trapped in them and tip the heavy load onto the load handler (I have personally witnessed many near-misses).

It's about time the management stop sitting on their fingers counting their profits and bonuses and actually start making real investments into new, easy to load and use trailers, or at the very least have their current trailers refurbished/cleaned. Stop supplying old decrepit, dirty trailers with worn out wooden floors, this is the 21st century for goodness sakes!

Vandalised my van because I parked in parking bay area designated for Culina, however I was instructed to park in that bay. Very rude when I tried to speak to somebody about this, the stickers are not easy to remove and slapped on every window. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, could even be classed as criminal.

Had an aleraction with a truck belonging to Culina Transport. I was travelling in the right hand lane, their truck in the left. As the two lanes merged, instead of giving me my right of way, the truck proceeded forcing me to brake hard. I have reported the matter via their website
