I had an old address on my account. I didn’t check before confirming payment. I emailed customer care and Gabby quickly and very kindly changed my shipping address to my new one.

I genuinely wanted to love this store. I'd been getting TikTok affiliate advertisements for them for a while, so I started getting shirts from them advertised as "refundable samples". I have sold 14 shirts for them through my videos (as in people have bought them from my video reviews). The shirts are actually pretty good. Here's the problem, they're not honoring the refundable sample and they've now ghosted me. I feel like they told me it was being sent to management to review my case so I'd miss my return window. It's been going on 10 days since their last reply..

Great experience Everytime with Culture Kings. I’ve ordered multiple hats and all of them have been amazing. One time I had an issue with a hat and I worked with Gabby and she immediately resolved the issue and had a new hat to me with express shipping! Highly recommend!

I had a parcel I was trying to return, something happened with the online portal and my return wasn’t showing, when I emailed to double check it was still being processed and had Ben help me out, he sorted it all for me and proceeded to refund me nearly immediately.

What I thought was going to be a nightmare of a return was actually really easy and quick thanks to the him.

I would highly recommend Culture Kings, I had a bit of a hiccup with delivery but Donna at culture kings was outstanding with her customer service and communication in ironing out any questions and issues that were brought up and ver happy with the product, thanks again Donna

Ordered a hat and found out they used Amazon shipping. I suspected something fishy. It was 6/29/26. $48.99. Waited over the july 4th weekend. Nothing. All of a sudden, I checked the link to Amazon shipping and it said delivered JULY 3, which is incorrect.

Then, a staff member of CK replied to my inquiry stating it was delivered. HOWEVER, that means it was delivered to the warehouse and was en-route to me. I called Amazon and had a long conversation with transferred calls, etc. RESULT: AMAZON HAS NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. Amazon said call Amazon Logistics but that phone number is not working. FILED CLAIM WITH MY BANK. No time for games.

THEY LOST A LOYAL PERSON. 😂 My bank is investigating. Up to you to order. This is not slander. I HAVE EVIDENCE THEY ARE INEPT AND in my opinion, scammers.
