I cannot stress enough to NOT employ this company to handle your medical billing. It is the single worst experience we've had in our business of 15 years. They are incompetent, have poor communication & cost us a lot of money. Their "automations" used to process our billing had vast data entry errors that created piles & piles & months of work for us to remedy. BEWARE: AVOID @ ALL COSTS!

I wuld never recommend this company to anyone. I was lied to while in the process of signing thier contract about optioning out of service and ended up having to pay 8,500 with no services rendered. I asked specifically about this issue before signing and was told something else. DO NOT USE, the service was subpar.

It almost seems as if they are selling their software while they are writing it. Very Inefficient, multiple annoying things about the way the software is written.
Today the system was down since 8 am ,lol ,after curemd implemented their new update. That disabled our office from taking care of patients, and this situation happened before multiple times.
Their customer service is ok , but again the way they organized some features is pretty dumb.Like when you try to file the faxes and u have few hundred of those ,the system kicks u back to the very beginning of the faxes, so u have to search out for a necessary document all over again. Frequent glitches and episodes described above make the operations of the office very difficult and unprofessional.

Moreover, they even offer advice and suggestions as to how I can earn more, and of processes hampering my growth; that rarely happens with other companies.
The system is easy to understand and use. My team didn't need to go through a complex training process; the sessions were conducted in a very organized manner.
Moreover, the online updates are very smooth, and the changes are never 'too much to handle".
