Excellent service - easy steps to follow

I have known and used CurrencyTransfer already for quite a number of years, and always without any problem. This transfer was particularly important as we needed to get the proceeds of selling our flat in the UK to the Netherlands. Special thanks to Ethan who helped us from beginning to end and ensured a quicker result. All was much appreciated!

I started using the service recently and I must say that it’s great experience. Ethan especially is always helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. He also helped me setting up the account in start.

Been using for a few months and now I’m used to the Service would definitely recommend it. They have great customer service for both set up and follow ups and I’m getting approx. 2% better rate than that of my current bank’s retail FX.

In my experience a 30min end to end transaction time has been achieved - IF - I make the transaction during both countries normal banking hours. Total transaction time can take days if a transaction is commenced outside normal banking hours. In my experience this is the bank rather than currency transfer holding the money.

In my opinion more could be done by currency transfer advising about the risk of this delay at point of transaction (even if it’s nothing to do with the actions of currency exchange).

I also now only ever seem to get one quote rather than the multiple options when I first set this up.

I’ve been using CurrencyTransfer for the last couple of months and would highly recommend it. Today, I needed to make a couple of transfers and set up a call with Billy Fieldhouse who was responsive, helpful and friendly as usual. Really a big help and really creating value for me. Thank you.

Do not trust them with your money. I made a transfer, the receiving account didn't get it. I complained and tried to to get a refund for weeks not until kaj embren .come to my assistance to get it all sorted out.
