Order was easy to place and buttons look great very vibrant

Ordered some political fridge magnets for the 2020 election cycle and they came out amazing! The graphics are crystal clear and the magnet is very strong. I definitely plan on ordering from these guys again!

Would give a 0 if I could. These people stole my money. Agreed not to ship anything until proof was approved. I never approved a proof, they just decided the design was good enough for them and shipped it to me. Now they ignore my emails phone calls and requests to work it out. NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

Love my buttons, but they were shipped to the wrong address with my name misspelled. I had notified the salesperson but they went out wrong anyway. Thankfully, the person it went to brought it to me.

We ordered buttons for our company and had them in about 2 days! The Chat feature is really handy, for a first time customer is was nice to be able to talk to someone without being on hold for a long time. I am looking forward to using Custom Button Co. again!

I was very pleased with your button selection as well as your quick service and ease of ordering. But unfortunately, the final product was a disappointment when it arrived. When placing the order, I checked the box that indicated I could get additional art assistance for a small fee. I did this because I wasn't sure if I'd placed the horse image correctly on the template. I was also supposed to get a preview of the button before shipping after a tech looked at my submitted copy and made any adjustments. This never happened. I did get a notice it had shipped with an image of the submitted template which looked properly centered and placed. So I assumed that is the way the button would look. I assumed incorrectly. The horses ears and his nose were wrapped around the button and it does not look very good. So unfortunately, I'm disappointed in the final product. I'm not sure why I didn't get the advanced proof before shipping. But I surely would have altered the graphic if I'd known it was going to turn out this way.

I appreciate the quick turn-around, the great customer service and you actually get to speak to an actual person. Answered all my concerns and put my mind at ease. The buttons that I ordered came out better than I expected. They were just as bright, clear and colorful and the actual picture I had uploaded.

I loved the experience, professionalism and end product so well that I am now ordering some clothing magnets.

We got the 1.25" zipper pulls-- the color reproduction was perfect and we have had many great comments on how nice they look. They seem to be well constructed and like they will last a long time.
