Easy, fast, high quality product! I am a repeat customer!

I had a very good experience with Custom Lanyards 4 all. Salma, especially, was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, She guided me through the process when I had computer problems. She followed up without me needing to ask for further assistance.
I received my order today and am very pleased with the product for the price.

An order which, on their website states should take 10-12 days to turn-around, actually took 28 days. Their communication is sub-par. Their customer service is worse. Im still waiting on a 10% refund because of their slow response.

I specifically asked about the bulldog clip and was told that it was the same as the photo. It was not. It is now directly connected to the lanyard without a ring in between. The quality each year decreaseses. Am going to have to quit using them. It is not the experience with customer service, but the quality of the product. It is very poor.

Good but have shipped to wrong address twice now, they need to pay attention to orders.

Ordering process and design was very easy to use an understand. Great for school's because they have a "pay later" option. Only downside was size of premium key ring attachment.

Very fast and efficient service. Product looks great. Highly recommend.
