Booking of a service was very easy, always polite and helpful. Service was a very good standard and efficient.

Unfortunately, I must say with regret that the bicycle arrived to me damaged – the rear derailleur is bent. I don’t know if this happened during transport, and I am not blaming anyone. I work away from home and I am not at home from Monday to Friday. My son, together with my friend, assembled the bicycle, and my wife threw away the box. It turned out that the rear derailleur is bent, because the chain keeps catching, so the derailleur is misaligned. Since the box was thrown away, I didn’t even try to submit a claim, because I have no way to return the bicycle.

I went to Halfords to diagnose the issue, and they confirmed that the rear derailleur is bent and needs to be replaced entirely. It’s a great bike, but unfortunately, I have to state that it arrived damaged.

They will take your money and that's it they do t want to know after that,I spent t£6400 on a 2023 giant trance elite +1.had a few problems with it from the go.now the motors blown and I can't turne the bike off it smells of burning plastic,so have to keep it out side in case it goes up in flames..only had it 37 days and they told me to take it to giant dealer nearest to me witch is 25 miles away,and give them the problems...37 days and 200km ..they wouldn't exchange it or refund me basicly told me to go do one...there a bunch of sharletons..I will be posting my exsperance with theses bandits on the usual bike forums...don't buy from here they don't give a crap once they have your money...

My son and I popped into the store in Norwich oafter his Giant Talon back wheel locked up and had lose parts in it, on the off chance someone could advise us what is wrong, James kindly took a look at it and was very friendly and knowledgeable able knew exactly what the problem was, he went above and beyond for us and managed to fix it for us the same day. He gave us loads of advice regarding the rest of the bike. We will definitely be returning when it is due a service. Thank you for making my son's day he had been lost without having his bike.
