Having previously left a very critical review of this company I have been contacted by the owner and received a full and valid explanation of the circumstances surrounding my experience. I now have no reason to show Mr Middleton or his company in a bad light.

No response about a broken product despite 3 emails to them.

They are happy to sell stuff but not prepared to help with anything else.

Ordered some mudguards from Cyclexpress over a month ago. On the website as in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Nothing's arrived yet!! Not had any contact from them about the order or a reply to my emails asking what's going on. Recently got my credit card statement and they've processed the payment just not supplied any goods. Won't be using them again or recommending them. Next stop trading standards.

I ordered 2 cycle computers from Cyclexpress. They were advertised as being 'in stock & available for immediate dispatch'. The following day I received an email from them saying the items were not in stock & delivery delayed. I phoned them cancelling the order. They told me my payment would be refunded. 5 weeks later I have still not received the money.
Looking at their site again I note that virtually every item is 'in stock & available for immediate dispatch'. Cyclexpress must have an enormous warehouse for this to be true OR …?

I trawled the net for the best price on a gold secure bike lock and found it here. It was with me in a couple of days without extra P&P on top of the price. EXCELLENT :-)

Faultless customer service, great prices and an excellent website. Item was lost in the post but no hassle, a quick 'phone call and a replacement was on its way immediately by first class post! Superb and will certainly be ordering from them again. If you're looking for any cycling gear, I have no hesitation in recommending in the highest possible terms.

Found exactly what I was looking for quickly and easily. A quick price comparison on the same products elsewhere confirmed Cycle Express were the cheapest. Products exceeded my expectation regarding delivery time too. Definitely recommended and will be using again.

Although a small low cost item, they beat others on price. My first purchase and arrived on time. Will buy again if the price is has good.

I've ordered several items from Cyclexpress and their service is second to none. They're my first choice for bike accessories.

I needed a good lock for my new bike. I did some research, found what I needed and then looked to see where I could find it the cheapest. Cyclexpress did. The site was easy to navigate and the purchasing process, painless. The lock arrived, well packaged within a couple of days which meant I could get on my bike lovely and quickly!

I recently bought a cycling jersey from Cycle Express, and somewhat optimistically bought a size too small. There were no issues at all with my returning the jersey and receiving the next larger size, and very promptly.

Cyclexpress were the cheapest shop where I could find the older Cateye LD600 rear light (less than half the price of the newer models and just as good) . The light arrived faster than I was expecting. I will be using them again.

Shopped for U-lock online, best price from cyclexpress, wasn't sure about ordering as hadn't used before, usually Wiggle etc.
Checked online reviews and decided to order, received lock superfast and brand new, exactly as described.
Excellent service and price so I would be very happy to buy from again and recommend!

I ordered glasses they supposed to be black frame and they are not(black/yellow) ;(((. on the picture lenses looking dark in the box they are yellow. Very poor description on website I could not find color of the lenses. At the moment we are in process to exchange purchase. I did recommend cyclexpresss before but now I don't.
