3 stars as I accidentally found this through a surprise email, through cylex, via a chap wanting some work doing. Didn't seem to be any catches but I won work... im waiting for a catch, but so far its a WIN WIN situation. I will re-review in the future hopefully to 5 stars

Why have I been blocked?
This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.
which in honesty answered nothing lol
i have actually had to use google to find out what tis site does and why i might be band and after working that out, i have no idea why i was banned.

What are Cylex actually up to?
Cylex were supposed to be an official way of contacting sistema, the well known plastics company . However Sistema told me, when i contacted their .com website , they are not affiliated with Cylex, neither did they receive any email from me via Cylex, so i am concerned . What are Cylex actually up to? I had to verify my email address to them, not sure why, and the verification request email showed them actually as a company in Romania. I only want now to warn people about them. The date of my experience is actually spread over a few days , after i had contacted Sistema. The email Cylex said they use is Sistema.co.uk. The real email is a .com

They keep posting my person data including my private phone number on their public site for a business and I keep getting wierd calls all of which state they got my person number from you. Stop data harvesting or at least make sure you and the right data and the right to publicly use it.

Incredibly swift customer service, knowledgeable & friendly. Precisely what customer service should be like in 2025.
These days it is exceptionally rare for a company to respond quickly (via human, not AI / automated response) to emails sent via their website. Not only did they do this, but then offered alternatives that were very helpful, several emails back and forth within an hour. Bravo!
