contact with the seller is very difficult and returning the product is almost impossible

Had the white boucle sofa delivered today, was delivered on time.
Actually very impressed with it, especially due the price. The chaise seat is slightly firmer then the other seats but it’s comfortable enough and I think once worn in a bit will feel even nicer. Will definitely use this company again.

Not purchased anything so won't comment on the quality of the items. But not happy with being provided mis information regarding monthly payments/klarna. Called in was told options are dividebuy and klarna. Tried to purchase from the website, and there wasn't an option to choose monthly. Messaged on what's ap and all of a sudden there is no option at all for monthly payments. Sent screen shots of the website which still states klarna accepted. Response "that's an error we'll update"
