I have been using this website for a couple of years now, and it has no doubt been a great resource for me, especially off the back of an injury that left me unable to get about as easily. Access to classes outside of my home became difficult. The teachers and trainers on here have been unbelievably knowledgeable and its been a real blessing that has helped to get me back to my full confidence and strength. Thank you

DailyOm offers a wide variety of excellent courses and I love to have them all together in one application. ...and I don't say that lightly. The course catalog is huge, the instructors know what they're talking about, and the content goes deeper than the typical wellness stuff you find online. I've taken courses on mindfulness, creativity, and relationships, and I got something out of each one :)
The pacing works well too. You can fit it into a busy schedule without feeling like you're falling behind. I keep coming back to certain lessons. If you're looking for personal growth content that actually has substance, give this a shot. It's been one of the better investments I've made in myself!

I have purchased several programs from…
I have purchased several programs from DailyOm. I find the instructors dedicated and informed, the cost reasonable and the flexibility of doing the programs at my convenience perfect for my participation. I'm writing this in April 2026, but I've been using the programs for years. Most recently, I've purchased chair-based exercises for healing, balance and strength and 2-week fascia miracle. The instructors are thorough and knowledgeable, taking time to explain every movement. This trait, I find, is a constant with DailyOm. I am definitely a fan!

The last purchase that I made was skimmed by an internal team member of DailyOM or the instructor's team. Within seconds, my PayPal account was hacked, my Amazon account was hacked & excessive fraud occurred on both, literally seconds after my purchase. Malware was also launched on my device. I am STILL fighting for my funds due to fraud, over 8 weeks later. I no longer trust DailyOM or its processes to keep its customers safe. Obviously.

Senior Classes
I love your classes and have used them since 2019.
It does seem as though you have abandoned new content for seniors. Kat was an excellent senior instructor. I have tried many different platforms and your is the best both in design and technical execution. I love the instructors who focus on form and safety.
