Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience but I'm not sure 1 star reflects the service that was provided- the shipping fee was $5.50USD and it arrived in 5 business days to USA from Australia, other companies charge 2-3x this amount for shipping that is much slower.
As for the puzzle, if you decided to take it apart and can't put it back together all you had to do was send us an email and we would be happy to assist in helping you get it back together, all you had to do was contact us :( I've gone ahead and sent you an email to assist you in getting this reassembled now
Please understand that 1 star reviews can be very harmful for a small business and I don't think the lowest rating is very reflective of this situation
the delivery was too slow
the delivery was too slow, it said 5-9 days, but it only arrived in 13 days

Hi there,
Thank you so much for leaving us a review!
I'm sorry to hear this took longer than expected :( It's important to note that the shipping time is in business days which doesn't include the weekends or public holidays. I've had a check on your order and can see it arrived on the 9th business day which is within the timeframe that was advertised
In the future we do have faster shipping methods available if you want something to arrive super quick! If you have any questions at all just let me know and I'm happy to help :)
Best wishes
Billy

Hi Mahmut,
Thanks for your purchase and your review!
I've pulled up your order and can see that it has been 10 business days since you placed your order- I can also see it's in your country and delivery should occur this week. We appreciate your feedback regarding slow shipping but this is currently still inside the estimated timeframe
In future, we do offer a DHL Express option which is faster, this is available at checkout :)
If you have any questions at all please just send us an email and we are happy to help!
Best wishes
Billy
