Excellent customer service. The team will spend time to find out exactly what you need. Generally they don't have a lot of high end MTB parts and armour etc but they are still my first point of contact for most things bike related.

I had ordered the same part from Wiggle but it didn’t appear keeping me off the road. Dales had the correct part, it was available the next morning and they fitted it quickly so that I was moving again. The price was the same as Wiggle. I will be sure to consider them before ordering online.

Quick delivery, good price and good mudguards

Ordering was simple. The delivery was very quick. A great experience all round.

What a professional company! First off the original sales person took his time to find the right bike for us (unlike a nearby rival where two hipsters pretty much ignored us). No pressure just sound advice. After the order was placed we had updates by text and email confirming the progress of the bikes build. The bike was ready on the agreed date and in immaculate condition and built with real care and precision. Honestly, the whole process has been so smooth with genuine customer care and a real satisfaction after I left the shop with the bike. Free first service too! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Amazing support and service by the team in Dales. I have a Cube Attain road bike and I was looking for mudguards. The team in Dales had a pair of specific cube attain mudguards in stock which are perfect for the bike. Also I picked up some great quality clothing too which was a great in the sale.

I ordered gift vouchers and the process to order was very easy. I liked that I could choose various denominations which will give my son more choice as to how and when he spends them. Vouchers themselves are a nice design and quality and they came in a very expensive looking envelope which I think is a nice touch. Delivery was quick. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service. I ordered a bike through the Green Commute Initiative and Dales made the whole thing so straightforward. When the bike arrived it was almost ready to go - just had to put the front wheel on and straighten the handlebars. They’d even installed the lights and bell! Great comms throughout and fast, friendly, helpful service. Very highly recommended, their outstanding reviews speak for themselves.

I ordered the cycle Monday night and it was delivered Friday afternoon, The cycle arrived in a massive box nearly fully assembled leaving me to fit the front wheel, peddles and straighten the handle bar. Dales Cycles kept me updated of the delivery progress throughout. 10 out of 10

I arrived at their premises without a booking and with a cycle which had a frayed gear cable. I was also many miles from home undertaking a four day cycle trip.

Really took the time to understand what I was wanting and recommended excellent solutions and products. I purchased a new cycling shoes and pedals. Wonderful speaking to these guys who are very passionate about cycling and customer experience. Ollie was outstanding incredibly helpful at fitting my bike.
