Overall experience with Dandara and Bradley & Hannah specifically for the Walton area has been excellent. Consistent communication and always available to answer queries, they’ve gone over and above with requests specific to my purchase which has been a great help.

The entire process, from start to finish, has been smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Charlotte’s support. Having come from a new-build property before, we were a bit worried about going through the snagging process again, but those concerns quickly disappeared. We’ve been really impressed with the build quality at The Pines and the level of detail. Any minor issues we’ve noticed so far have been handled promptly and professionally by the site team.

Care and patience in spending time to explain and guide us around the site. Fabian was outstanding in carrying out his obligations to his clients and is an amazing advertisement for the company

Disappointed with The Charleston upstairs design. You should send both your architect and builder in with a tape measure as there is no way to fit in a double bed with bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and be able to walk around the bed

The team have been brilliant from start to finish, I have never owned a new home before and the whole process has been seamless. Nothing is too much trouble, the house is wonderful and built to a really high spec with attention to detail throughout. Thank you to everyone involved I feel very lucky to own a Dandara home.

Every time we visit the sales office, Melissa gives us such a warm and welcoming reception. She is a real credit to the team. She always makes a genuine effort with our children, says hello, and makes us all feel very welcome when showing us around the show homes.

Liam was extremely helpful as we weren’t really sure what we were looking for. He explained everything very well and we now know the way forward.

Tom was very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming.

Kyra was really helpful and understanding of our needs. The estate location itself was quiet and beautiful and the houses are lovely but we found the one we were looking at very small for the price point unfortunately. There was no real dining space or wardrobe space.
