Carl & max team F refurbished my garage two days early due to weather conditions on the booked day good decision and worked well for us. They explained all the work involved and never stopped till finished polite and thorough a job well done very pleased with the result

I would give no stars if I could. Firstly we arrived to the job and they had surveyed the wrong garage and were hammering the wrong garage. My garage has a number and they had the address. They did not fit all of the fascia or the downpipe properly because there were brambles which we could have cut back even as they started the job had they said anything. The roof itself appears sturdy enough though on closer inspection some of the screws are not square in the beams and one missed altogether. After they left, the garage door would not open. One of the two latches that opens the door had been adjusted in such a way that it did not move when the handle was turned. I had to pry my own garage door open damaging it in the process. They left me with a damaged garage door which was only discovered later when we tried to open it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Installed and Refurbished garage and fitted electric door for £4K. Turns out they forgot to fit safety sensors on the door (I’ve been hit once and trapped once). Refuse to retrofit them as it’s more than 6 weeks since installation. Very very rude responses from a guy called Daniel - more interested in telling me he worked 20 mins overtime last night than checking my account. Now refusing to correspond with me. Shameful behaviour.

Great job by Carl and Max. They called to ask if they could come a day early which was fine. Carl explained to us exactly how they were going to proceed and the job was completed in a couple of hours. It was a lovely dry day today but we are quietly confident the new roof will be watertight

All aspects of the job were explained by Pete before work started. Pete and Ben worked professionally and efficiently. The site was cleaned and tidied upon completion. Pete explained in detail the work he and Ben had carried out before leaving.Most pleased with Pete and Ben and with Danmarque as a company who have been helpful throughout.

New roof, door, window and fascia boards. Excellent work the garage looks like new and its over 50 years old! Carl and Max did the job very quickly and explained all the work in detail. I would recommend Danmarque for this kind of job.

The job hired for was asbestos removal in a garage. In addition, the frames were improved with timber and the roof was enhanced for better protection from rain. The man who summarised the main information well and assured if any issues came up, then I could follow up with a call.

Carl and max arrived on time and explained what they were going to be doing,job took about 4 hours to complete.They were very professional and tidied up when done.First class job 👍.

Danmarque recently carried out the removal and replacement of my old garage roof containing asbestos sheeting.
Danmarque was the only company of the four I contacted for quotes, who actually sent a surveyor out to look at the job beforehand! This gave me confidence in their ability and I had the comfort of actually meeting and being able to raise any questions with Danmarque directly.
Their team (Carl & Lewis), who carried out the work were friendly, helpful and explained the works to be carried out on arrival. They completed the job in a professional manner. The work was completed as per the quote. Hazardous materials and waste removed from site and certificated. The site was left clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thankyou Danmarque.

Today Dan and Danny were on site to renovate our double garage. This involved replacing an asbestos roof two new windows, and two new doors plus guttering and uPVC fascia’s.They arrived at 7-45 and began work immediately. They barely stopped for a break and worked extremely well together. We were very pleased with the final result .Highly recommend.

Arranged to have my garage roof replaced. First time no one turned up I waited in all day. Had to them contact them and was told the fitter hadn't to call in sick. Would have been good to let me know.

Eventually the roof was fitted the roof looks ok. However on further inspection I noticed behind my garage that timber ends were left open. I queried this and received a call from Dan, who was straight on the defensive. He tried to bully me about the timbers being tantalised not true. The roof edging wasn't long enough. There were also a number of gaps around the roof. His attitude was very dismissive. I will be taking this matter further and issuing county court proceedings. I will also be contacting the HSE as non of the fitters who removed the roof were using correct PPE. The roof was asbestos.
They claim this was not in the quote. They were tasked with replacing a garage roof and making good. It's half a job and look really poor.

Carl and Dave did a thoroughly professional job. They explained each stage to me and also talked me through the completed project. There was no rubbish left for me to clear and, apart from the new garage roof, you couldn't tell where they had worked. Totally professional and would recommend this firm because the price was also realistic.

Very pleased with Danmarque. We had a garage roof and car port roof replaced, along with new facias and guttering. It was very important to us that we had a trustworthy company that would keep us informed before and during installation and that the product was robust enough to survive the extreme weather we have been experiencing in North Wales. I can honestly say that we got all of this.
It was easy to contact the office and they provided a quick quote, a date for the surveyor to carry out an inspection and an installation date. They also kept us up to date with progress. Unfortunately, the installation date had to be delayed due to a storm but a new date was quickly arranged.
Dan and Danny the fitters were very professional and friendly, texting us ahead on the installation date to provide an estimated time of arrival. They went out of their way to ensure the installation would survive severe weather. This was tested the next day with 70mph winds and severe rain!! I'm happy to report all is good. No leaks etc. They also cleared the site well before leaving. Many thanks.

Just had my old storm damaged asbestos roof replaced by Team F (Carl&Dave). New roof, fascias, gutters and beams. Looks brilliant. Great communication from start to finish, all completed much quicker than I expected and they completely tidied up behind themselves - my garden shows no sign of them even being here. Superb job and the one small issue (caused by me not them! - water had gotten in the floor lock of main door from it raining into the garage since the storm damage and it wouldn't open, after several hours of soaking in WD40 it did open, typically just after they'd left and showed one end of door was going to catch slightly on one of the new beams as opened up+over), they turned around and came straight back and fixed it without it hesitation. 10/10 customer service. Would highly recommend these fellas.

I contacted this trader amongst others about removing a garage roof suspected of containing asbestos. a surveyor came out before verifying quote and did not mention it is not asbestos and quoted for removal and replacement of asbestos roof. on day of work as workmen started they explained it’s not asbestos after all. when contacting the trader to ask for a partial refund as they did not spend a day on the work, didn’t have to use specialist equipment this was refused as the quote includes asbestos removal. this is very misleading and i would recommend a request for a full itemised invoice. other trades men explained clearly that removal of asbestos is what makes it a more expensive job. i found the person dealing with me in the office very argumentative and rude. this was a very misleading process. workmen also tried to hide rubbish behind my neighbour’s garage which she informed me of after workmen left. i would not recommend this company for poor customer service and misleading quotes.
