I was treated with disrespect at Dan Murphy Gladesville.I took a bottle of wine back that was off.My receipt was faded and ripped so she refused to swop the bad wine for a new one .She was very sarcastic put me down humiliated me in front of other customers.I am an elderly professional lady .I spend lots of money at DM never taken anything back in my life to be treated in such an appalling way was humiliating and embarrassing.I left in tears .Another customers saw me crying in the carpark and said She is a nasty one go to Fair Trading about this . DM needs to be accountable to allow a bully to use their position of power to make you feel upset. I now have a witness who saw this.This is unprofessional behaviour

Why be a member

As a member I get a lower price but now after the update I can only have deliveries which makes it more expensive than just buying as anon member over the counter.

Am so disgusted with Dan Murphy…

Am so disgusted with Dan Murphy delivery service! It's none existed. If ever anyone wants wines delivered make sure you place the order 12 months in advance. You might get lucky. Why do you even bother having trucking devices?? You don't comply.
Absolutely appalling.
Will NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU ON LINE.
You people must be the worse delivery service in the country. Shame on you!!

Why is the beer always warm

Why is the beer always warm? I've been coming to the Bunbury store for the last 2 years on a Sunday when nowhere else is open and after 2 years i have never been able to purchase a block of beer that is cold enough to drink. I think 2 years of trying to buy cold beer from this place is probably a joke on me, maybe I'm a slow learner, but if you plan on drinking today don't bother with this place.

And before anyone says oh it's because we sell so much and can't keep beer in the fridge long enough, i have no problem buying cold beer from your opposition
Unfortunately they're not open on Sunday 😒

I am extremely unhappy with the way DM…

I am extremely unhappy with the way DM controls the market and controls what is sold in their stores. This is all about the Chardonnays they choose to carry, or bury in this case, when they are obviously popular brands; DM doesn't seem to have the same view or maybe the wine companies will not sell to DM's ant the price DM wants. 2 brands in particular, Rawson's Retreat and Yellow Tail chardonnay have both been removed from DM's shelves with no explanation. you are still able to buy both these brands from Choice and Lick her land for a great price' shame on you Dan Murphys, stop trying to control the market!! Very unhappy

I am utterly fed up with this shambles…

I am utterly fed up with this shambles of an operation.

First, failed delivery because the driver could not be bothered to find a park. He said there were no parks but I was home, there were parks.

Second, I was lied to by the first Dan Murphy's agent who said it would be delivered on the same day as the first failed attempt. It wasn't.

Thirdly, I was told it would be delivered on the 3rd of January. Only for no delivery to arrive. Lied to again. At all times I was told I would get a text to inform me of the delivery time. I didn't, lied to and mislead again. And then they have tried to deliver without letting me know. No text. How do you expect me to be home? This is the most incompetent logistics set up I have witnessed.

I ordered this product on the 12 of December!

I've been lied to and mislead from the start and I still don't have the goods a month later. It would be quicker for me to drive to Tasmania to the brewery and collect my goods. Utterly useless.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DAN MURPHYS ONLINE

- Failed to deliver twice even though paid for delivery
- Had to wait 2 weeks before first response was received from 4 emails.- Didn't pick up the phone either
- Asked me if I wanted to now collect the order or have it redelivered. As I'd paid for delivery at a certain time, I requested to have it redelivered at nominated time - order did not show again.
- Still have not received order of over 150 AUD placed 3 weeks ago.

Unreliable when ordering from UK

I ordered from UK for Gold Coast delivery more than 2 weeks before Christmas. Delivery was guaranteed within 2-3 days. Only half the order was delivered and the other half was lost "in transit"
Impossible to speak to anyone, useless WebChat service, didn't respond to emails and eventually managed to contact them via Social Media. Undelivered order was damaged and returned to sender but nobody told me. Eventually received a refund and the postage cost.

I placed an order with Dan Murphys 2…

I placed an order with Dan Murphys 2 weeks ago and it is still "in transit" no answer on the 1300 number and the live chat advises to call the number on the bottom of the page which there is none. I went to my local store and they said they can't help as it is an online order. What can I do. This is an order over $300 full of Christmas presents and for Christmas and which is now done and dusted. Absolutely appalling for what is meant to be a large reputable business :(

i ordered two cartons of beer only one turned up i have tried on FOUR occasions to contact Murphy"s Very Very poor service I will not buy again from the outlet. Just not interested in their clients

Customer service didn't verify my identity, which is illegal

Worst customer service, courtesy of Alana. Do not trust Dan Murphy's delivery. I was at home all day the day it was supposed to be delivered, it didn't show up. I ordered it on the 16th of Dec so it should have arrived in time for Christmas, according to the website. Tried to talk to the customer service agent named Alana. She didn't even verify my identity before giving me information about my order, which is a breach of privacy laws, then proceeded to give useless and contradictory information. Then offered me a transcript of the conversation and never sent it. I doubt I'll even go in-store to Dan Murphy's anymore, the whole operation stinks now.

Do not use Dan Murphy’s delivery service.
The delivery company gave a four hour window which I rearranged my day for then they just didn’t bother showing up. It takes forever to talk to anybody, they don’t care, they just rearrange delivery which takes 2 days so you can rearrange your day for the second delivery and just hope they turn up. I cancelled my order. Never dealing with them again.
Thanks for ruining Christmas Dan Murphy’s

Never again for me

Never again for me, last 3 orders never turned up now after 2 week sill waiting for a refund, no one will talk to you and have to waste time on the useless live chat for no result

Worst and most unpredictable delivery service EVER
It has happened to me multiple times and I will not use this service again
The only time the delivery has arrived when it should is when I used the "2 hour option" which came by Jimmy Brings

Bad customer service, lying workers.

We have never been treated with such disrespect. I'm 22 I have my liquor license twice over because I work behind a bar my mothers 46 she has her liquor license and security licence, my sisters 18 and my other sisters 14 we got pulled aside and told they don't serve anyone with kids present as it goes against the liquor license act 😭😂 then got made to leave meanwhile there are other parents present with kids 7 and under and teenagers??? Do better. Mount Barker, Dan Murphys

Rip off!

Just went down to the Golden Grove store to get 6 Riccadonna bottles for $9.00 each. Saw 6 in a box and went to the counter to pay $54.00. The girl charged $73.80. I said they were advertised for $9.00 and was told if you buy them in a box you get charged $13.00 each. You get them for $9.00 if you buy them as separate bottles. What a joke!! And the staff comment was "bad luck mate!" Have been a member of Dan Murphy's for a long time, and NEVER had this kind of experience.😡😡😡

WHERES MY MISSING $114 MUMM Vintage Champagne

Delivery driver would not wait whilst I checked the contents of the box to make sure all 7 items inside. He said if there are any issues it is not with him he is just the delivery driver. Only 6 bottles in the box not the 7 I paid for. Missing was the $114 Mumm vintage champagne. Note that the one box I received stated 2 of 2 boxes so where is the 1 of 2 boxes? please ring me to sort this out as I am now confronted with having to DRIVE TO DAN MURPHYS for the fight, or else having to contact fair trading or else having t tell card services goods not received. All I wanted was an easy life. UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE AT DAN MURPHYS. Sent email last night. Bots dont understand the above message. live chat n/a. Tried a few phone nos today only to be redirected to the website
