Great service and help from Connor. No pressure sales or nudging strategies. Went in with my old watch to ask about a service and fell for a new one whilst there.
A great experience all round.

I had a really positive experience at David M Robinson Canary Wharf, big thanks and shoutout to Baron, the Rolex specialist.

Baron was extremely helpful from start to finish and clearly knows what his customer is after. He took the time to go through the different models and options with me, answered all my questions and gave honest, straightforward advice without any pressure.

What I appreciated most was how approachable and genuine he was. He made the whole purchase experience feel personal rather than just another sales transaction, and his knowledge of Rolex really stood out.

Baron is a credit to David M Robinson. I’ve always valued good service when buying watches, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend Baron to anyone looking for a Rolex.

First class - Amazing journey guided professionally by expert Senior Ambassador Ben Arnold. From luxurious showroom to individual attention, I was made to feel valued and special from the second I walked through the doors opened for me by doorman.
Took over a year to construct my bespoke timepiece but “ baby” for me. Ben presented and explained each element to choose from without making me feel overwhelmed or out of my depth.
My last Rolex I had 12 years until I traded in for my current upgrade. Best investment and 60 year old birthday present to myself. This will outlive me for sure to be passed to my daughter but the memory of this purchase from start to finish over 18 months will always be with me.
The final day - WOW - totally on another scale that I’d never experienced before. Private, luxurious resting room downstairs that made my purchasing day as special as my wedding day and the day i became a mother to my cherished Gabriella.
I won’t tell all but suffice to say if are hesitating about this purchase - DONT - AND - definitely go to D M Robinson. You will not be disappointed.
My apologies this is two years later but just goes to show it feels just like yesterday.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Baron for making my first Rolex experience so incredibly special. From the moment I met him at DMR, he was so welcoming and engaging. What really stood out to me was how much time and attention Baron gave me. He really listened, talked me through everything patiently and gave me such helpful and honest advice. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it honestly felt like a very personalised experience.
Being able to secure the specific Rolex I wanted, and in a fraction of the time I expected, made the whole experience even more exciting. It genuinely felt like a magical moment and one I will never forget, especially as it was my first Rolex. I am absolutely thrilled with my watch and so grateful to Baron for making it happen. Excellent care and service especially by Sanaa, whom I have been dealing with in the last 2 years. They always go that extra mile with you. I always recommend friends and family to them whether it’s for time pieces or jewellery.

There isn’t a better jewellers to deal with so stop looking. I’ve dealt with DMR for 10+ years and shudder to think what I’ve spent but they are lovely people. You can buy watches anywhere but it’s all about the people. Each one of them has their own unique style but Lee, Hannah and Alex are fantastic and of course Karl and John are good leaders…. The latest “new recruit” James Lilley is a great lad too. Everyone has their favourite jewellers I guess but if you don’t then just go to David M Robinson. Saves you faffing about.

We recently collected my wife's Rolex from the Manchester showroom and were treated so special by Luana! What a start she is!
She remembered it was our wedding anniversary and surprised us with champagne and cake!
She looked after us so well. Such an enjoyable experience, we will be paying her a visit again!

Adam and his colleagues were brilliant and looked after me at the omega store in Liverpool one. I would definitely recommend them and I’m made up with my purchase.

On the lead up to our visit I had been in touch with Conor Wilson by e_mail to see if he could obtain one of their new TAG Connected E5 watches for me to try one before we went on holiday in September as they were out of stock online

Luckily, Conor who is a very likeable, knowledgeable and professional young man was able to do so and after our visit to the Store yesterday I am now the proud owner of my 4th TAG watch
