Wrexham Branch - From the first telephone call to rent the van to taking the van back 24hrs later, the service was amazing.
The staff are very friendly, and informative. The cost of renting a van was very good, the van itself was very clean and lovely to drive. Will definitely rent off these again and will recommend to friends & family.

I hired a MWB van from the Avonmouth Branch for a weekend to move stuff out from my house. The booking process was straightforward and easy to do including the chat facility to check a few details. Pricing was very competitive against larger firms. The weekend booking lets you have the van from Friday afternoon with return on Monday morning which is great to maximise the use and save rushing around on a Saturday morning. Marie dealt with my booking via emails including confirmation documents which saved a lot of time and on the day it took very little time to make the payment, sign the contract and get going; all very efficient. Brand new van too! Great service by the staff and would definitely recommend to friends.

Everyone was so helpful right from the start. I needed help with the right sort of van for a home removal, so dimensions of beds etc were given and I was advised accordingly. When we picked up our monster van it was spotlessly clean and Emma especially really helped identify any blips/dents etc to ensure we weren't charged with them on our return. The team were sympathetic to white van woman which was much appreciated.

Dealt with Mike & John at the Exeter (Marsh Barton) branch.

My van had broken down at the garage opposite Exeter racecourse. Both guys were fabulous! Great telephone manner, super quick to find me a van .... plus they even picked me up (with facemasks etc!) to collect my hire van.

I hired a van from the Avonmouth Branch for a house move. Easy process of arranging hire and picking up the van. Paid for a days hire as we didn't know exactly what time we'd get the keys. We ended up getting the keys so late that I wouldn't of made it back in time. Quick call to the branch and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. Can't fault the service and would definitely recommend to friends.

I've hired from the Wrexham branch a number of times in the last couple of years and the service, quality and cleanliness of the vehicles, both cars and vans, is exceptional. The price is really competitive too. But the best asset to the Wrexham branch is their customer service staff - they're always friendly and have gone the extra mile for me on a number of occasions. Thanks ladies!

I have used a few van rental companies recently while moving houses but I can honestly say that, even during the lockdown, the Wrexham branch of days rental has been my best experience by far! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person and I was able to rent and return the van with the minimum fuss and in a lot less time than other rental companies i have used recently. A very honest 5 star rating from me and I would 100% use them again in the future.
