Called Deakins Plumbing for the first time after they were recommended by a friend. From start to finish they have been great to deal with. Alex turned up on the day, quickly sorted the issues we had, and left the place clean & tidy. Will definitely use you again, thanks.

We recently had new radiators fitted by Alex and Riley. Both were friendly and worked very hard to fit them to a high standard. They arrived on time as arranged and left the job tidy. There was a small issue with one radiator but that was fixed promptly. All staff we have dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your hard work, would definately recommend.

We had a new boiler fitted 12 months ago with Deakins so it was due an annual service. This was carried out by Muz. What an absolutely lovely person he is. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and so very helpful. Muz also capped off a gas fire to make it safe and fixed a leak on my kitchen tap. He cleaned up really well and left everything as he found it. Thanks very much Muz. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Our elderly parents toilet developed a significant leak causing damage to the ceiling below. Knowing the age of the affected customer, Deakins responded immediately. Chris arrived within the hour, reassuring our parents that all would be sorted. Chris replaced the soil pipe seal and did everything possible to clean/repair the affected area. Every time Deakins are called they display a kind, reassuring and professional service. The resulting invoice was more than fair. We totally trust both the service and caring attitudes of Deakins. Once again THANK YOU !!! Chris and Deakins.

Once again Muz arrived to do a yearly service on my Gas Fire and he was excellent yet again, Fire was stripped down and serviced, tested and put back together with minimum fuss, Muz was very polite and informative as always., thankyou. Top man! 😊

I phoned Deakin's after my boiler developed a fault. A couple of days later an engineer 'Muz' arrived. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and explained exactly how my boiler worked and the faults it had. Because the boiler was quite old and was too high up we decided we needed a new one and the choices were given based on the size of our property, and because we have a conservatory which limited access a flush fitting flue was also required.
Neil and Riley came to decommission our old boiler and fit the new one in the correct position. They too were very polite and knowledgeable and worked hard to get the new installation done in one day. Thank you Deakin's, a great job and a great price.

Muz came to service the boiler and hot water cylinders, so polite and efficient. Informed us what he was doing and why. He is a credit to the company, one of the nicest young men you could meet and certainly knows his job.

This is the third time we have used this company and each time the company has ben very efficient, very quick and the people sent out very courteous.

Had a burst valve on radiator,Deakins responded asap and engineer sorted same day. Needed to move same radiator along wall,same engineer returned within week to complete this task. Both engineer and Company first class response and work…extremely efficient,would highly recommend.

I was charged 3.5 hours labour for their engineer to replace a sink trap, cut a hole in the ceiling and fail to locate a pipe that was suspected to leak. I called multiple times to complain about this and received a nasty attitude from a woman on the phone despite initially agreeing with me that 3 hours for pipe location is egregious. if their engineer is willing to waste their time and my money, then I simply will never use them again. absolutely do NOT ask for any type of troubleshooting, explicitly ask for the tasks you need and monitor the engineer at all times, as they are not helpful or cooperative in that way. I have more money than sense so I paid out in full £322- so be aware

Arrived on time, work carried out very neatly with minimum disruption and very pleased with new boiler.

We have used Deakins a few times, and can honestly say they are the best . would not try anywhere else
Alex came to to do a job, and was great, punctual and polite and did a fantastic job, even though it was heavy rain , involved work outside part of the time. would recommend

Friendly, professional and flexible. Job delivered on time. The text message notifications were great communication.

They are the best in the land at everything and in every way from start to finish . We run property and have had one duff engineer after another over the years but thankfully now I found Deakins who have a reliable efficient bang on cost worthy team. In fact I think I will erase this because I really want them all to myself .

I had a new boiler installed by Neil Dawson from Deakins Plumbing & Heating and the service was great from start to finish. Despite one of the installation days being the hottest day of the year, he remained professional, patient and focussed throughout the job.
The installation was done to a high standard, everything was explained clearly and Neil made sure the system was working before leaving. He also left everything clean and tidy which I really appreciated.
