The Hook: Users are invited to a free event or asked to pay a nominal $1 fee, which is often advertised as a donation to a charity like Feeding America.
The Fine Print: When entering credit card details for the $1 charge, users are automatically opted into a hidden monthly subscription to Mastermind.com (usually $47 to $97 per month) after a brief "trial" period.
The Result: Thousands of users report discovering hundreds of dollars in unauthorized charges months later, having never actively logged into or used the platform.
2. Aggressive Upselling and High-Ticket "Systems"
Mastermind.com is heavily criticized for functioning less like an educational resource and more like a high-pressure sales funnel.
The Hype: The marketing promises to teach you how to "monetize what you know" or turn your life experience into a lucrative course.
The Reality: The basic subscription provides very limited features (such as a cap on live attendees). To actually get the "proven system" or the one-on-one help promised in the videos, users are immediately funneled toward "Inner Circle" memberships, "Business Systems," or intensive weekend masterminds that cost anywhere from $1,000 to over $10,000.

First if my personal situation did not warrant immediate family attention I highly r
ecommend mastermind because
1. They will give you personal attention from point zero,even if you know little
2. The 1 on 1 with a mentor is priceless. Yes you have to take initiative and time but ai guarantee you get everything needed from the ground floor up.
3. Tony and Dean live what they teach. Any student no matter the age can successfully compete in a world of change.
4. The team exists for you! Yes it costs but so does feeding a billion people! I know of no organization besides this that can say they constantly strive to give back!
5. Many older seasoned vets in business need to change to be profitable. Bootcamp is called that in Ai advantage for a reason. Its called how not to quit when the chips are down.
6. I personally have read all Tony Robbins books, been to his seminars online and learned how to be energetic in what is important for my own life,family and then if and when business again.
7. Last I would say thank you because I admire both Tony and Dean ,not because they are rich(tho true) but because they live by sound,viable economic principles. We can never give back what we do not own ourself. Debt is a killer. Investment here in your future is a gift. They sent me a email marked as URGENT, it was just a A.I slop marketing email, not urgent at all.
I get a lot of emails from this company, averting 1, 2 or more every day. I don’t mind that, I signed up to their mailing list at some point.
What I object to is seeing [URGENT] among my notifications, clicking on the email and finding out that it is just Marketing Slop.
I suggest that this company refrains from marking emails as URGENT.
They have lost me with this low effort/intrusive Marketing tactic.

lt was a wonderful event. It was three hours each day for three days and I watched every minute…which surprised me. I thought I’d get a general idea of the event and then leave…after all, it was free, how valuable could it be? My time, on the other hand is very valuable. But this event was great. They provided real information about AI with real AI experts. It was well organized and interesting. And even better, they gave context for AI…they motivated…and they did it all with a positive spin (which I appreciated as a participant…and respected as a tv producer). Like many others I’ve messaged multiple times to support at MM to stop payments coming out of my account but all I’ve received is automated AI responses and no further genuine customer service or interaction with an actual human which is unacceptable from a company that prides itself on helping people.
I’m very disappointed as I messaged over a year ago and told them I wanted a refund which they issued and then found they’d started charging me again! I would appreciate a proper answer to this review rather that the copy and paste answers I see to other people’s reviews.
There is no clear process for managing or cancelling subscriptions which is something that needs to be addressed considering the amount of people leaving reviews with the same issue. Please do better!

**Title: Misleading $1 Offer Turned Into $47/Month Charges Without My Awareness**
I signed up for what I believed was a **one-time $1 webinar offer**. I did not knowingly agree to any recurring subscription.
I recently discovered that I had been charged **$47 per month for 11 months**, totaling **$518**, for a service I:
* Did not knowingly enroll in
* Did not use even once
* Was not aware I had
I never accessed the platform, never logged in, and did not engage with any of the services provided. I only became aware of these charges after reviewing my bank statement.
When I contacted customer support, they stated that this was part of a “VIP Success System” that included a trial which converted into a monthly subscription. However, this was not made clear to me during the signup process. From my perspective, I was paying $1 for a one-time webinar, not enrolling in an ongoing $47/month membership.
They referenced terms and reminder emails, but I did not see or open any such emails. A recurring charge of this nature should be presented clearly and prominently—not in a way that can be easily overlooked.
After contacting them, they issued only a **partial refund of $47** and refused to return the remaining **$470**, despite the fact that the service was never used.
This experience reflects a lack of transparency in billing and subscription disclosure. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution when considering any low-cost introductory offers, as they may automatically convert into ongoing charges.
I am currently escalating this matter further.
