My husband had problems with both the delivery and communication with this website. Honestly, it felt like a child was replying to the emails — you explain one thing, and they respond with something completely unrelated.
The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this website. The way they treat customers is unacceptable.
Scammers. Avoid avoid. The other 5 star reviews are obviously as fake as their scents. "Customer service" acts like a 14 year old boy.
Received my order very fast and the perfumes were amazing

One of the 5 milliliter bottles arrived empty. When I reached out, the reply included the words, "Hahaha, take a breather," which I found unprofessional. Also, when comparing some samples with originals I own, the longevity felt noticeably different. I'm not making any definitive claims, just sharing my direct comparison and experience. Based on this, I wouldn't order again.
I have bought several samples from here. I bought some for which I have the real fragrances to ensure they were genuine. They are not. These are fake samplesm do not buy

Was unsure when I first ordered because I wasn’t sure if it was real. However I can say I was shocked!!! I have placed another order. Customer service was amazing! All my queries were answered very quickly. I have recommended them to friends and family. I wouldn’t even bother going in store to get perfume now
