Honestly stumbled across Deep Art Effects and wasn't sure at first. But the results genuinely surprised me – the styles actually look good, not like the cheap filter stuff you see everywhere. Had a small issue with my account at some point and reached out to support not expecting much. Someone got back to me pretty quickly and just... sorted it out. No copy-paste answers, no endless back and forth. Refreshing, honestly.

Auf meinem System (Win11, I7-13700K, 32GB Ram, Nvidia RTX 5060 8GB) nutzt die Software ausschliesslich die CPU. Die Nvidia RTX 5060 wird offenbar nicht unterstützt. Habe die Version 1.04. Mit der CPU funktioniert das generieren von Bildern grundsätzlich, aber es dauert sehr lange und die CPU ist ewig auf 100% Last. So nicht brauchbar. Eine Anfrage an den Support blieb unbeantwortet.

Ich frage mich, ob diese "Entwickler" nur Einwickler sind, welche hoffen, dass die User nicht bemerken, dass die Software nur aus einer Textmaske besteht. Es soll sich um eine Internet unabhängige Software handeln, also Desktop-Anwendung, welche Grafiken aus Textvorgaben generiert. Deep Art Creator - KI will sich aber jedes mal updaten, sobald man das Programm startet. Es handelt sich um Blender, welche durch eine nutzlose Useroberfläche den Hype auf KI ausnutzen will und bei den meisten Dummies abkassieren will. Eine normale Loser BRD-Software vom Loser für Loser. Spendet lieber an die korrupten Selenskeyjs und Fritzes.

Deep Art Creator aus Download-Weinachtskalender von Chip leider unter Win10 nicht nutzbar. Installation ist umständlich und langwierig es werden (microsoftig) zwar "Fortschrittsanzeigen" simuliert, selbstverständlich auch updates installiert, dem Nutzer bleibt jedoch eine sinnvolle Nutzung verschlossen. Wenn sich 2 ( mit auf max. Ressorcenverschwendung und Selbstbeschäftigung) ausgelegte Softwareprodukte auf einem PC befinden, ist dies wohl nicht anders zu erwarten.
Auf Supportanfragen wurde verzichtet, da ich kalenderbedingt zur Zeit in Vollzeit mit anderen KI-"Kundendiensten" (Verkaufsplattformen und deren Lieferanten) sinn- und fruchtlos vollauf beschäftigt bin. FF Thomas
RE (26.12.25)zur Antwort: Die 2. "ressourcenhungrige" Software ist leider die Add- und Spywaresammlung von microsoft (das windows10-Betriebssystem) , ich sehe meine Erfahrung bestätigt.

I purchased a subscription for Deep Art Effects. Loved it and recommended it to others. Had to replace my old iMac and when I did, I could no longer use this App. I contacted customer service and didn’t expect such a speedy response. I was told that my old computer had the license and if I followed the directions they gave me, my new computer would be recognized. The first suggestion didn’t work. They got right back to me with another solution. Bingo, I’m back in business. I can’t say enough about how helpful customer service was in solving my problem. They stayed with me, were prompt with help and directions were easy to follow. You’ll also really like this software. I’ve used it on my photos then sent them away to make wall art, calendars and cards.

Really great app. Usefull, easy, good results. And customer service! - Perfect.

The company operates a website without any contact details, let alone a way to reach support.
There is no reply to an email message (after a long search)!
The phone no here on trustpilot just has combox.
This is all very suspicious and the website violates all rules of transparency.
After intervention at the company I got feedback and the promise to put things correctly. So I change from 1* to 3* and test the App.

Deep Art Effects has been a game-changer for years. While there are plenty of filter and sketcher apps out there, few give you the creative freedom to innovate, customize, and even develop your own filters like this one does.

After my complaint I have been contacted in order to resolve the problem ad to have refunded the not due amount.

Product was purchased for lifetime one off fee.
They reuse my card account and recharge any month. Impossible on the site to find supporto on how to dismiss, and how to remove my order.

I subscribed for a free trial because I wanted to, dhu, try it. Sadly it's been alost impossible since literally every two clicks a huge pop-up comes to prompt customers to upgrade to the paid version.
Most irritating experience with a program, ever.
Also, the few filters I managed to try are quite ugly, potoshops does them better.
All thing considered, NO, I'm definitely not upgrading.

I signed up for the free account so I could test the API. I had a very simple test PHP page to upload a simple image and apply a style. However I kept getting an error. I double checked everything, no go. Authentication error. So I contacted support... their response time was awful - days - and meaningless. They kept telling me to sign up for the Test plan which it was obvious that I had already done. The responses were also curt and impolite - like with an annoyed attitude - I felt like a kid being told off for bothering them. This went on for over 2 weeks and since I pointed out to them that I had done everything they asked I haven't heard back. That was a week ago. I was going to subscribe just so I get support to do a test and see if it was even going to work for me, but after reading these reviews I realize I am not the only one with issues, so I'm done - even if it works I would never feel comfortable offering this to my own customers. I'm out.

Je reviens reformuler mon avis, car l’expérience que j’ai eue avec ce service est inadmissible. Non seulement le problème n’a jamais été résolu, mais le ticket a été clôturé sous prétexte que je n’ai pas répondu assez rapidement, alors que le service client met systématiquement 1 à 2 jours pour répondre.

Même après avoir prouvé que mon paiement n'avait pas été effectué via Google, on m’a répondu de manière expéditive et injustifiée. En fin de compte, je suis obligé de faire opposition sur ma carte pour éviter un prélèvement abusif.

Je déconseille fortement ce site : fuyez si vous voulez éviter des problèmes ! Le manque de professionnalisme et de respect des clients est flagrant.

Ich habe ein Abo für einen Monat bei Deep Art Effects abgeschlossen. Bin seit dem ein einziges Mal ins Programm gekommen, seit dem - keine Chance mehr. Ich melde mich an und habe keine Option, irgendwo ein Bild hochzuladen und zu bearbeiten. Support haben die zwischen 08:30 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr. Geantwortet wurde auf Englisch. Von einem deutschen Unternehmen. In Deutschland. Toll, echt. Deren Support-Zeiten sind fast identisch mit meinen Arbeitszeiten. Also ist für mich auch kein Support möglich. 9,90 $ in den Sand gesetzt. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen.

Super Software, die Fotos werden zu kleinen Kunstwerken, und dies auf einfache Art.

I recently purchased a subscription to Deep Art Effects and attempted to upload a 24 MB video for processing. Despite having a stable and fast internet connection, the upload process is taking an unusually long time. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but have not received any response.

This experience has been very frustrating, and I am now concerned about the legitimacy of the service. I expected a smoother experience and better support for a paid service. At this point, I feel quite disappointed and unsure if I should continue using this product.

Very reputable company with a very good product. I recommend them for their ability to render top notch AI art and quickly resolve any licensing issues you may have.
