Tried contacting delkivic AU regarding and issue with a slip on exhaust making an odd whistling/rattling noise. Hard to explain the noise but it's definitely not right and everyone who has heard it agree's. When I emailed delkivic I attached a video of the exhaust, they said they didn't watch it and then basically said an aftermarket exhaust will sound very different from the stock exhaust and implied I don't understand that an aftermarket exhaust will sound different from the stock one. They then just ignored all further attempts at contacting them

ordered a full system for a Yamaha Virago 535, the bike would not run properly , would not idle & would cut out , & the deceleration popping was madness. i Put original exhaust back on & bike is fine , tried email & whatsapp but no reply from Delkevic . but answer phone straight away if your buying !!!!! . would never ever use again as product not fit for use & customer service is shocking .

I bought a complete exhaust system from Delkevic because I had a rust hole in my original exhaust system. The new exhaust from Delkevic seems to be good, but the NOISE level was far out.... This is not what I ordered and in the advert for that particular system it states "a discreet street legal rumble". The worst part is the complete lack of response when U contact them. I am lucky that noen of my neighbours have called the police due to the noise level.... I can barely start the bike at home anymore. Whatever you do; DO NOT buy from Delkevic. I have sent numerous polite emails to the CEO and to sales. They just don't reply! NEVER EVER GO THERE!!

Ok so i developed a hole in the header of my crf250 so thought i'd get the full system. Only finances didn't allow that so i bought the end can first and then the rest. When both bits came i was unsure whether i'd ordered the right bits and rang Delkevic. They didn't answer the 2nd or 3rd of 4th time. About a week later i got through and someone picked up and then hung up the phone. When it was fitted the mechanic told me it wouldn't pass my MOT on DB levels and it would miss and was uneven when revving. So the end can sits here. Im pretty P'O'd with Delkevic and have since heard they're some Chinese firm. My advice DONT use them. Use a British homegrown company like SP who have customer service and wont fob you off. Distgusting firm.

Previously used this company with no issues, purchased a full system for my Triumph Bobber to find a number of small dents on the down pipes, I attempted to contact customers services a number of times and completely ignored. Such a shame their customer services is nonexistent as they produce some good products- avoid at all costs.

Exhaust was decent but their customer service is nonexistent. So if you have a problem their policy seems to be tough

Purchased a black ceramic exhaust system from delkavic, on first Start up coating came off one of the downpipes. Tried to contact them via email and WhatsApp, no response. When I contacted them with an enquiry regarding purchasing the exhaust they replied straight away, says it all.

Just purchased a set of Exhausts for my 2023 Bobber. Their service was brilliant. The delivery was first class. Fitting was easy and perfect. BUT the sound is insane in the 45 years I have ridden motorcycles on road and track they are without doubt the best sounding pipes I have ever owned.

Bought the Delkevic complete system for my Yamaha XVS 650. It arrived in record time to Portugal.
It was easy to fit and all the necessary brackets and bolts were included.
I chose the 410m turnout option and it looks fantastic!
The quality is very good and the sound is amazing.
The bike ow seems to have better low rev power and other drivers can certainly hear me coming (for safety reasons of course!)
I left the baffles in as you would not need it any louder.
The help and service from Will Thomas at Delkevic was above and beyond. I recommend these pipes and this company 100%

Bought a pair of slip on end cans with connecting pipes for my zzr. Brilliant. Quick delivery. So quick and easy to fit. The bulid quality is superb. Great price. Bike sounds mint, not too loud to annoy anyone! Very pleased.

Bought the exhaust a week ago still haven’t received all of it, ie some bits missing. Now they’re playing silly buggers. In their defence the exhaust looks fine, nice quality. But their service and personality is appalling. Hope one day to get what I paid for. We will see ! They wanted to offer 30% discount to change my eBay review. I just want what I ordered in the first place.

I ordered an exhaust slip on system for my VFR800 and after a week my order still says pending. I tried to email them asking about international shipping and I got no response after 3 days so I sent another email but yet another 3 days go by and still nothing. I decide to send an inquiry through their website and I still have not received anything back from them. I am not sure why I am not getting any response because from the other reviews it seems they have good customer service but that's not the case for me. And my product still says pending and I cant cancel.

Wow! I can’t say enough about how great the customer service is with these legends. I found exactly what I needed online and even got a call from Joe to help me add a few extras bits which they did at a discount.
Parts arrived today with white cotton gloves (no jokes!). Absolutely beautiful looking black ceramic exhaust for my tiger 800.
I cannot wait to get it fitted. It’s going to look amazing.

Having had a 350mm carbon Delkovic on my GTR1400 Kawasaki for the past 25 months, I was familiar with the fitment, quality of workmanship and inherent good value and rorty sound. As I depart home at 5.15am for work, I decided to invest in a 450mm Stainless Delkovic that was substantially quieter but had a nice deep note. Absolutely delighted with the packaging, workmanship, and beautiful note, (silencer in or out) Delivery was super fast, despatched next working day. Simple to install, and I do like the bling that the polished stainless system brings to the bike. Australian supplier and user experience.

Amazing speedy service used DPD for delivery which was bang on the exhaust is made to the highest quality and has amazing tone and looks the dogs I will not go anywhere else from now on

Been eyeing off a delkevic exhaust for a while and received mine today. Next day delivery too! All round great and easy experience and the quality and sound is on point. Highly recommended
