Beautiful dress, but very disappointing customer service....
I would recommend being cautious before ordering, especially if customer service and clear communication are important to you.
I purchased the Lara lace dress with the matching veil. To be fair, I like the style of the dress and thought the price was reasonable. However, there were several issues with my experience.
The quality is average, and the material feels like it could be uncomfortable in hot weather. The dress also arrived very heavily creased and needed careful steaming.
My biggest concern was customer service. I sent several emails and received only one response, which was not satisfactory. This was particularly frustrating when ordering a bridal dress.
The sizing guide is also very confusing. You choose an abaya size such as 52, 54 or 56, but the sizing chart then lists bust and hip measurements without clearly explaining whether they are body or garment measurements. Some measurements, such as a 53–60 cm bust, were difficult for me to understand as realistic body measurements. I feel the sizing guide should clearly explain what these measurements represent and how customers should choose their size.
Delivery took approximately 36 days, with limited communication during the wait, so I would recommend ordering well in advance of your wedding.
Overall, I like the dress and think the price was fair, but the poor communication, confusing sizing information, long delivery time and heavy creasing made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a stress-free bridal shopping experience.
