Sales assistance from Steve was very helpful and allowed us to customize a standard sofa and squeeze the order into the last delivery before Christmas. We are very pleased with the sofa on delivery which looks great and is very comfortable with a good quality fabric. On the strength of this we have ordered another identical sofa!

We drove 2 hours plus to Danelli Italia in Milton Keynes and we are very happy we did . We were met by very professional team who helped us with our purchases . No sales tactic , pure honesty and genuine customer support . They have some things on offer and pricing to match with quality . My wife and I wished, we had visited Danelli Italia earlier ,coz prior to visiting Danelli , we made very large order / purchases for new home from a another high end furniture retailer , only to find out identical Italian products at Danelli prices are a lot more less ! I would highly recommend anyone wanting quality Italian furniture to make the drive to Milton Keynes to Danelli Italia . Outstanding service from this Company. We received our tables and they are great quality. Excellent service from ordering right through to checking delivery to them being delivered. The delivery drivers were also outstanding - Vali and Cosmin. They kept us informed on the timings via text messages and kindly delivered direct to our home. Vejay is top level customer service manager. We rang him after seeing the sofa online. He was very friendly throughout our interactions with him on phone and during our visit to their showroom. The sofa was exactly as it was marketed online. Vejay spent a lot of time with us to support us on our purchase decisions, which was fantastic.

The sofa was delivered on time as promised and fitted in our sitting room. Based on the level of service we received, I would certainly recommend Denelli Italia to other potential clients.

I've dealt with Steve for circa 10 years now and have never ever had an issue. Their website is extremely easy to navigate and from ordering to delivery is smooth and pain free. And I live outside of the UK.

We visited the store at Milton Keynes as wanted to see the quality of the furniture, we were super impressed and were talked through everything with Vishal who was amazing great help and informative, our sofas turned up today and we wow !! We are so so happy, amazing quality the design is the nuts these guys really are fantastic I would 100% recommend and any query’s or samples they are always happy to assist , if your thinking of these yes would definitely recommend and we will probably order some more pieces

I just received this sofa and I am over the moon. It has a recliner, a C-type charger, neck support and foot support all in one. The quality is absolutely amazing. I have seen similar sofas on Tottenham Court Road priced from four to five thousand pounds but this one is even better and at such a amazing price.

The design is so modern and stylish and the leather feels so luxurious. With the right care I know it can last for 20 to 30 years. My friends came to visit and every single one of them was impressed and even a little jealous. 😂They all wanted to know where I got it and I was so happy to share the details.

This sofa has gone far beyond my expectations. It is super comfortable and super beautiful. I also want to say a special thank you to the delivery team who were so kind and so helpful. From start to finish this has been a perfect experience.🥰 a huge thank you from me! 💓

Vishal was very helpful. He was prompt with the communications. He was caring and professional which made me trust him to the point that I bought two beautiful sofas without even going to see them first. Vishal then arranged prompt delivery. I received them and they are beautiful.

I needed support to help me decide on the fabric of the sofa and was assisted by Vejay who was very knowledgeable and promptly responded to my enquiry. He also sent me a picture of the fabric which wasn’t available on Denelli’s website. I was served by Vijay few years back when he was advising me on the sofa I was buying at that time. The quality is amazing and the product meets the description criteria.
I cannot wait for yet another sofa, this time for my extension, to be delivered in October.
