Good communicatief and good price

I made quite a number of bigger ticket item purchases over the years with Deplain handled by Giuseppe. Everything went always perfectly smooth and well. One can absolutely trust this company and their service which is key to make oversees purchase.

I was a litlle suspicious because the price was so much lower then on other websites. Delivery took a litlle longer, but the reason was the holidays. Everything went perfect! What was great and gave a lot of trust was the fast and correct answering on questions by email ! I will buy again!

Deplain did everything right! The price for chairs I wanted was quite a bit lower than the cost in the US and elsewhere. The company was very responsive and good at communicating. The chairs were made to order, they were packed impeccably for overseas travel, and they are beautiful. I would buy from Deplain again any time.
