I had a non-surgical nose job with Mina at Dermamina and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.

Mina was amazing from start to finish — she explained everything clearly and in detail, which really helped put me at ease. I was quite nervous going in, but she made the whole experience feel comfortable and professional.

I’ve had this treatment done before at another clinic and wasn’t satisfied with the results, but this time it completely exceeded my expectations. The outcome looks so natural and exactly what I wanted.

Respectful, very understanding helpful very very nice people

I was hesitant to ever do anything to my face even though my nose was a massive part of my body i was least confident about. But once i met Mina and she explained the whole procedure and how comftable she made me feel during and after was a lovely experience and wonderful result aswell that made me extremely happy.
The team where lovely and also with my daughters that came along with me.
Thank you for giving back me a boost of confidence .

I paid for a consultation for non-surgical rhinoplasty with Mina. Her receptionist made a mistake and was adamant that I was coming in for the treatment although I had a message from her team confirming that it was a consultation only. Once I proved this, the receptionist responded “Oh great, Abie booked it, that’s why”. I found that quite unprofessional.
I was told to take a seat whilst they spoke to Mina. I was then called in. Mina had her arms crossed and was leaning back in her seat. I was instantly put off by her energy. My instincts were right as she was extremely rude and dismissive. I had travelled an hour from East London. She didn’t ask how I was. There was no customer service. Whilst I was answering her questions, she was cutting me off. I asked her to let me finish, she replied “this is my clinic, I don’t have to”.
Prior to the appointment I was asked via the businesses WhatsApp profile to send photos of my nose. I asked if she had seen them. Her response was “no I’ve seen thousands of photos”. Her team had asked me to send photos prior to the consultation, so I asked her why she didn’t have them prepared. Mina’s response was “I didn’t have to and I don’t owe you anything. I then asked her why she is being so rude and her response was “I’m not here to sugarcoat anything”. At that point, I decided to get up, ask for a refund and leave. Mina told me to give my bank details to the receptionist. Whilst the receptionist was taking my bank details, Mina shouted at me to leave before we had finished, make it make sense! I was shocked at her behaviour as I had only seen good reviews. So thankful, I didn’t book the procedure with such an insensitive, nasty woman. It wasn’t my fault that she came to work on a bank holiday Monday expecting to earn £500 from an appointment that her staff incorrectly booked.

Came in for the first time to complete Exomind. Amazing experience! Could even see results from the first treatment. Would highly recommend

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. You are able to discuss properly your skin concerns. They assess and suggest proper treatment options for your skin that is very informative. The whole team was warm and welcoming from the booking of the appointment to welcoming into the building. Mina, is extremely friendly and explains everything very well and puts you instantly at ease. The results of my non surgical rhinoplasty was instant and everything I had hoped for. I will definitely be returning.

I attended the clinic last Thursday and had a detailed consultation with Dr Zahra. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. She was extremely caring, compassionate and honest, taking the time to answer all of my questions with real clarity and integrity.

What really stood out was that we went well beyond the allocated time, yet I never felt rushed. She genuinely took the time to understand my concerns and explain everything properly, which made a huge difference.

The clinic itself is in a great location, with friendly and welcoming reception staff, and it was very clean and well presented throughout.

I had been quite hesitant about going ahead with treatment, but after meeting Dr Zahra and having such a positive experience, I felt confident enough to book. I was really impressed with the level of care and professionalism.

Mina is amazing ! I’ve been three times and have never been disappointed. I totally recommend her to anyone.

A very detailed explanation of the procedure. Dr Mina was very thorough and reassuring about the procedure and was patient with me as I was nervous about getting the non surgical nose job and chin augmentation. A brilliant service would definitely recommend
