Very welcoming store, staff really friendly. Was offered
Coffee whilst waiting for a salesperson to become free as it was a busy morning. Store looked clean, well organised, light and airy.

Freddie was really helpful and friendly
Freddie was really helpful with helping design the perfect sofa for my home, super friendly, made sure I knew everything I needed to know. We came in late at the end of the day and yet he was still in a great mood and didn’t rush me at all. Very pleasant experience and came away really happy with my sofa!

I don’t understand why a purchase and and item that is x display will take 2 weeks for delivery after purchase

We are really sorry to hear your furniture is going to take two weeks to be delivered this is really disappointing to hear. After look into your order we are able to see we were waiting on the payment method to be finalised before being able to release the order. Once the order was released the delivery was then arranged based on the next available delivery slot.

Really enjoyed our experience today, James was very helpful explaining all details regarding the two sofas I was interested in, he asked me if I was interested in the small sofa or the larger one which I really didn’t realise there were, everything was very professional. I would recommend this company. Very friendly.
My daughter and I did have a chuckle regarding our tea and coffee which he totally forgot about but we didn’t mind as he was such a lovely person
