I had researched online and wanted to see a physical version of the sofa. Lucas was able to assist in finding the match and we completed the paperwork to finalise my purchase. Now I wait till February for my delivery.

A very good experience, looking for a couple of sofas. Staff were very polite and helpful, had good knowledge of the products and provided all the information we needed and more. All this and no pressure to buy. Having looked elsewhere, we returned the same day to place our order. Thank you. I'm sure we'll be comfortable on the sofas when they arrive.

I placed my order in July and was told 12 week delivery time frame.
I’ve waited 4.5 months for them to finally be delivered today… SCRATCHED!
Thousands spent and months waiting for them to arrived damaged. I’m so disappointed and angry.
I called DFS where Customer Service Team said that the delivery men should have taken photos! They did not. I told one of the delivery men that it was scratched. He said it’s just dust. I got a wet cloth and wiped it in front of him so he could see it was a scratch and he just shrugged and said that I would need to contact DFS, they’re just delivery men.
Oh and to top it off, that Customer Service agent then hung up on me.
Now I’ve been told I’ll have to wait for an upholsterer to come out to basically confirm that I’m not lying. Oh and when will they come out? 4th JANUARY 2022!
I was also assured that the cherished care kit I was badgered into buying would arrive with the sofas. It did not! The delivery men said it never comes with them and instead comes in the post. So when will it come in the post? According to DFS Customer Services.. they don’t know! The distribution centre is very busy right now!
Shocked. Appalled. Angry and so very very disappointed.
I’ll never buy anything from DFS again.

We originally went into our local dfs in basingstoke a few days before we brought our sofas. The staff were extremely helpful with everything from helping us with measurements, choosing the right one, and emotional and financial information as i recently lost my husband. When we went back to make our purchase, again we was treated with the upmost help and kindness. Thank you.

A very easy and quick experience and was dealt with by a lovely gentleman :)

No pressure when I entered the store and was allowed to browse. Once I needed assistance the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to go through everything relating to the sofa I was interested in, from manufacture, materials, delivery, care and disposal of my old sofa.
