Excellent experience from start to finish
Excellent experience from start to finish. Noah invited us from the beginning and was incredibly friendly and professional. He also helped us find a solution for our sofa purchase.

Dfs itself has always provided quality…
Dfs itself has always provided quality products and very much pleased with. However One of the worst experience of life dealing with Beckton London branch manager. Very unprofessional, wrong approach, lacking quality towards a resolution, core ingredient missing a manager must have. Very much disappointed with the manager attitude. Definitely genuine customers will agree.

The sales man was very good - excellent
From inception we had a very warm sales reps - who is very helpful and through out our stays . We have even decided to visit again to purchase our dinning Table once the furniture is delivered

Was greeted when we walked in. The young man was very polite and very professional listen when I asked him questions. Was convenient in what he was explaining to me about the settee I chose considering he hadn’t being there long I was impressed.
