Jimmy did an amazing job looking my after us and ensuring we understood exactly what we were buying and that it was right for us. From greeting us into the store to the purchase it was a great service.

We attended the Birmingham branch. Sandra was extremely helpful and patient, especially as we had our 5 year old with us. We were only disappointed we couldn't come back to complete the purchase through Sandra. Summah and Anwar were great. We got to the store at 7.30pm and they were patient and helpful in completing the purchase for us. It was quick and easy and we're looking forward to having our 3rd DFS sofas in our home. The range and styles are varied and suited to a wide range of customers.

The whole experience was easy from start to finish. It did help that we knew what we wanted when we walked in, but it didn;t stop up from having one last reassuring look around, actively encouraged by our sales guide. After this the order process went smoothly, and whilst quoting an outline delivery period, said they would look to improve. Great experience all round.

Experience at DFS was absolutely amazing! So happy with their customer service the manager and the worker (don't know the name) were so friendly and amazing. Ordered theree 2 seater sofas and the manager and the co worker said delivery is gonna be free so so happy with the sofas and the customer service 😀

Great experience with DFS so far. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making the ordering process easy and stress-free. There was a great range of furniture to choose from, and I'm looking forward to receiving my sofa.
