Chilled atmosphere, no pushy, overbearing sales person breathing down your neck the minute you walk in the store, easy to get around store, large carpark, friendly staff. Great range of products.

Great service
Went with an idea of what we wanted, purchased something different. Staff excellent introduced themselves, pointed us in the direction needed,didnt stalk us, but were available when we had questions. They were helpful, understanding and very professional. Sorted our purchase extremly well.

Shockingly poor customer service for a…
Shockingly poor customer service for a missing couch.
Order placed in store on the 31st December with delivery confirmed by end of February. Call to request delivery finally received mid March, however, only one couch delivered. Nearly a month later and still no second couch. Weeks of chasing, being given new delivery dates and yet the couch is still not here. Finally today we understand that until the order is cancelled and reissued the system has a “ghost” order and we will be stuck in this loop. So I now have to wait another 9 weeks for delivery .The best compensation that can be offered is £180 or I cancel the entire order and am left with nothing. I feel forced to take the entirely inadequate compensation and wait another 9 weeks hoping my couch arrives. I am flabbergasted.

Went to your Brigg store this morning
Went to your Brigg store this morning. Had a good walk around the store no pressure selling. I felt very relaxed picked a sofa which I liked. Dean the salesman was very professional and friendly All in all a great experience

We love DFS for quality
We love DFS for quality
We bought our last sofa there and had a great experience.
We did buy again but we found the staff to be distracted and quite rude when asked questions about their product.
Not very friendly to say the least.

Great service overall
Plenty of good car parking.
Staff were welcoming but not pushy.
Attractive store displays and effective layout.
