Fantastic customer service friendly
The engagement from when we walked in was attentive. Not overbearing. Gave us great direction once we had said what we were looking for. Got me a coffee whilst I looked around. Really helpful. Informative and the experience was nice. Ended up buying a great sofa. Even brought over the foot stall to compare against the sofa we liked. We ended up buying that as well.

Staff were excellent. Gary was really helpful and informative about the sofas in the store. The many available options were explained to us.
The process to purchase a sofa was easy and straightforward. Very good shopping experience. Also a decent price.

Very happy with our experience
Very happy with our experience. We visited DFS in Cambridge several times before buying our sofa, and every time the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and answer any questions....we even got offered a cuppa in store! Lots of choice, great deals and great customer service.

Not received order confirmation after purchase, called store 3 times, been told order was placed, but still no order confirmation came in.

We just went to the Cambridge DFS and dealt with Eliza. She was fantastic gave us all the correct information even up sold us on a cuddler as well as a four seater 10 out of 10 service.
