Very helpful and friendly, put my mind at ease

Very pleased with the customer service I received when purchasing my new sofa. The staff were very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I walked in with a sofa in mind and completed my purchase within 20 minutes. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely recommend DFS not only for their top-quality furniture, but also for their excellent customer service.

Amazing service

We arrived at Dfs on Thursday and the older gentleman helped with discussing measurement’s and vast information on the sofa. I went home to make sure it would be suitable for my living room and returned on the Friday and the lady before purchasing also gave me knowledgeable information on how to clean the sofa if I was to stain it etc and was just as helpful!
I am so happy with the service of my visits and can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.

I was very pleased with my visit to the Chelteham store. The young lady who helped me was new to the job but you would not know. She was very friendly and proffesional and helped me with my choice of sofa. The store has a large selection to choose from and for all price ranges. I am looking forward to the delivery.

Sam welcomed us into the store as we passed him and inquired if we needed any help. We showed him on our phone the name of the sofa we wanted to see and he guided us to where it was. Sam then checked in with us and then helped us proceed with the order. Really pleasant nature. Felt no pressure to any part of the sale. Really informative and allowed us to make the right decision for us.
