Very welcoming staff in Crawley County Mall DFS store. We were even offered a drink whilst going through a very detailed introduction about the sofa that we loved and did bought. Overall really pleasant experience and would definitely visit the store again.

The DFS policy of a £129 delivery was unexpected and in my opinion should be built into the price.

We found our sales advisor very informative and helpful, it was nice to feel relaxed with our cappuccinos that we were offered whilst the finer details of our purchase were being explained fully.
