The store staff didn’t bother us , they allowed us to browse freely without being pounced on. Assisted us when we asked and attended to our requirements perfectly When placing the order. Very polite and communication was excellent. Staff, service and customer service was very good. Thank you

Great service
Went to DFS in Merry Hill today to choose a new sofa. The man that served us (didn’t take his name unfortunately) was happy to assist, very helpful and friendly and answered any questions I asked and I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision.

I ordered a sofa today at the Merry Hill store and was assisted by a lovely young lady called Aaliyah. She was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and made the experience much less stressful than I was expecting. She was a credit to DFS.
