Matt is the member of staff who helped us out and sold us our new sofa. He was a pleasure to talk to and although in sales wasn’t pushy or too much. He explained everything well and ensured we understood each stage of the process. A true asset to the team

Staff very helpful but not pushy to make a sale.

Swivel chair
I was approached by Tony to see if I needed help, he let me browse on my own. I chose my swivel chair. He explained everything I needed to know. He didn't push me to choose. Very friendly, chatty but professional. Lots of choice and colours.
