on arrival at the
Eastbourne store found a assistant who is called Emma,who helped as with showing some sofas that fitted the measurement we gave her.After selecting one of our choice she showed us how to look after our sofa on a weekly basis and all the things we d to know about it.we then proceeded with the purchase .Emma was very kind and friendly.a very good experience all round

Terrific staff support in finding the right suite
The member of staff (Tracy ) who helped us in making a decision on the right suite was very friendly, helpful and patient. She answered all of our questions and covered all aspects of the furniture including cleaning regime and what would be covered under the extended warranty.
