Ross was really helpful
Ross was really helpful, and was good fun to deal with. He looked after us well and made us a great coffee :) When we said we were just moving to the area, he gave us lots of places to go.

DFS Journey . Staff very helpful in the store from…
Staff very helpful in the store from start to finish. Delivery was on time and my walls are still intact. Delivery men were very nice and respectful. The sofa is a little hard but I am sure it will soften when I have used it for a while. Colour of sofa same as in the showroom. All in all i would recommend DFS and use them again.

Quick experience under one rooff
Quick experience under one roof.
After looking on line for a sofa we chose Dfs. we approached a lady named Chrissi. told her which sofa we liked. Then mentioned we were looking for a bed as well. Chrissi mentioned that if we purchased a bed at the same time we would only pay for one delivery which would save us £129.00 plus the mattress and the base together a further saving £50 pounds which was great £180 pounds saving brilliant. chrissi was so helpful. she double checked everything so it right. we came out of Dfs a happy couple. Thank you.
