Sara in DFS Huddersfield was lovely. Made sure all our questions were answered and gave all the right information on the sofa we wanted. She was lovely to speak to and an all round great person. Her customer service skills were amazing, couldn’t recommend enough!

Me & my husband visited the Huddersfield store twice as i was trying to choose sofas & couldn’t quite decide without re-visiting. Very impressed that there was no ‘pressuring’. Aaron(first visit) was there with info as and when we needed it. Same also from Maf(second visit) when we purchased sofas.(new girl who was learning was lovely too, very helpful and patient). Altogether a good experience and I would happily recommend to my family & friends. Thanks to all. 😊⭐️

Fun experience
I already knew what I wanted. The team (Rosa, and Mav) were great. Really friendly, took the time to listen to our questions and made suggestions that I hadn’t considered.
All in all, it was a great, relaxing and friendly experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the store (Huddersfield) and the staff.
