I enjoyed my experience with the staff they were very helpful with my needs and helped me through the purchase of my couch

It was a very quick and pleasant experience. She was very helpful and polite.

Harry was excellent and vert helpful throughout my transaction and nothing was a bother to him.

Great customer service without feeling pressured. Showed us what we were looking for, gave us information and then gave us time to talk about it and consider what we wanted to do.

I had a young girl who I think was called 'Fee' apologies if I have spelt your name wrong. She was so lovely, helpful and had so much time to answer questions and help me with my first purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, taking the time to help learn about caring for my sofa, explained the delivery process and dates etc.
Thank you Fee for giving me such a positive experince buying my first sofa. Your time and energy was unmatched!!

From entering the shop looking for a new sofa we where greeted by a member of the team he was superb with our son and gave us plenty of space as well as time to decide new sofas purchased.

Not long to wait for member of staff (Barbara) once we were ready to discuss our choice. Where she did an excellent job of going over our requirements and advising .

Im only not giving it a full star rating because of the delivery experience. I would like to say though GEMMA is an absolute GEM 💎 .... her customer care service was 2nd to none , apologised for issues not relating to her personally, she wants to give the best after care . Rairly heard of in this day and age .

The staff in store on the day of our second visit (day off purchase) were all very attentive and helpful. There were lots of customers and everyone was being looked after. We were offered a drink whilst we were still deciding and all the information that we asked for was given. The store manager (Katerina) dealt with us and was absolutely amazing.
On our first visit, she was not around and it needs to be said that the staff were far less available. We were not approached by anyone.
Our second visit really saved the day.. Katerina and the other girls on duty could not be faulted.

I already knew what i wanted when i came into the store but was helpful to know what choice of filling is more suited to a rental.

Fee/Fi (not sure how to spell it as I didn’t look at her lanyard properly!) and Barbara were incredibly helpful and patient with us as we were back and forth over deciding which sofa to go for and what deals they presented. As we’d brought in a 4 month old each time, they were both very understanding and kind in our interactions. This is the third time we’ve chosen DFS and the first time we’ve actually chosen a sofa in person (yay COVID) and we were so grateful to not feel rushed to make a decision. Thank you both, you’re an asset to the company!
