Found what we wanted, good customer service, by the staff, everything explained well

My partner and I visited the Measham store today to purchase a sofa for our first home. As first-time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process, but the level of customer service we received was outstanding.

Although we didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our visit. Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and he took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. His approachable manner made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

We would highly recommend the Measham store to anyone looking for excellent customer service. This member of staff is a true credit to the team.

Hello,my daughter and i were in your Measham store yesterday to look at recliner chairs and sofas.we were greeted by a lovely lady Marianna,who pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for.marianna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products.She supplied us with coffee while we decided what products suited me. When we had decided she explained about the extra things we could add to our order,ie maintenance insurances and products to care for our purchase.What to do on delivery of good,ie gliders ect.
Thanks to her we were very happy with our purchase and are looking forward to delivery

Experience was very pleasant, we was greeted upon entry into the store by a member of staff who introduced herself to us, explained where the all products are in the store and offered her assistance to help us if we needed it. Helpful and knowledgeable

We had a very positive experience at DFS (Measham). The female sales assistant was very helpful without being intrusive. After an introduction we were left to look around in our own time and when a decision was made to make a purchase the assistant was very helpful and thorough. Thank you.

Friendly welcoming staff. Plenty of choice and local so we didn't have to drive too far. We had looked at lots of sofas in different stores and always had some compromises, but as soon as we saw the sofas in DFS we knew we had found the ones we were going to buy.
