The staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful without being pushy. The purchasing process was straightforward.

The salesman was Harry,and he was polite, helpful and knowledgeable, everything was explained clearly and all areas covered. No problem at all.happy to shop there.

Was all great.

Would of been 5 stars however the store didn't open on time and my time was limited . It was a sunday and store should of opened at 11am ...however I stood waiting for 10mins while I watched workers Inside drinking and chatting in a circle
Once I came back at 11.30 I was seen by a lovely lady however my time was rushed as I was on a time limit
If they had opened at 11am which was stated on the door my experience would of been more relaxed and enjoyable

Our corner sofa costing over £5000 lasted three months before it started falling apart. Extremely badly made furniture. The fabric simply pulls apart and then the stuffing starts coming out. Via the warranty policy we claimed for two areas of damage and are now waiting the 7 month waiting time to replace the material. By the time this material arrives I will be claiming for another three areas also now falling apart. There will be rather alot of claims when its literally falling apart in front of your eyes.

On top of this we smelt electric burning one night, traced the smell to the sofa. It turned out the reclining switch was glowing red and about to cause fire as the switch was melting inside the fabric. Another claim and another wait for replacement parts.

Overall a terribly put together piece of furniture not fit for any household and a huge mistake on our part using DFS

Both lovely gentlemen communicated with us perfectly for where they were how long they were going to be and everything else.

Had a nice experience with the sales associate, delivery was fast and the delivery men were friendly. However, Both chairs arrived with a lot of stains, which I did not like.

We went in as we has seen a few sofas on the website saw the salesperson who was very helpful, once Anthony knew what we wanted he highlighted them and left us alone and gave us time which is what a customer likes.
Many thanks and hopefully we can enjoy the sofa when it arrives!

On entering the store we were greeted by a lovely young man named Rhys . We had spotted the furniture we liked ,and all of the different options for the level of comfort were thoroughly explained to us and we were happy to proceed.

Chap was lovely explained everything and also girl Alisha help us what a lovely people many thanks

The member of staff was very polite and professional. She told me about the different material how to clean them,told me about all the different delivery options and all other options of suite styles I could order . This member of staff knew all about the produ as, and was so helpful ,polite and perfect customer care . A credit to the company.

John was helpful, informative and thorough, but let us make our decisions based on what we learned from him, without pressure or coercion.

We found excellent products at your store and Anthony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products which enabled us to choose exactly the sofas we needed.

She made us feel comfortable and was genuinely friendly,made us a lovely cappachino and didn’t pressure us to make up our mind at all.just waiting for our new sofa to be delivered, so overall a five star experience
