Highly recommend DFS, especially Matthew! He was so patient, helpful, and honest with all of my questions. There was zero pressure to buy, which made a huge difference to my shopping experience. Was sold a couch by Mike which looked great in the showroom but then it was delivered and it went downhill from there. The guys who delivered it didn't explain any of the features or check it was working. Half the features dont work. The Bluetooth, the lights and heated seats all dont work. Been through loads of troubleshooting and nothing fixes it. I simply wont be paying a penny until its either fixed or replaced. If its this bad on day 1 it doesn't fill me with confidence it will last for years. Dont recommend anyone shop here
