Staff don’t hassle you . They let you wander round then they are there to help when you have found the perfect sofa .

We visited DFS twice - once on Monday 18th May and again on Sunday 24th May. Both times we received fantastic service from the team in store. In particular, Amy was excellent - very attentive and knowledgeable, and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for! Would highly recommend.

Service was brilliant, just came in for a look. Heather introduced herself gave us a quick overview of the store, allowed us to walk around freely to view sofa’s. On hand to support when required, no pressure and was a pleasure dealing with her. Great service and service.

Would not buy from DFS again. Pushy sales people. Ordered sofas and dining set 16 weeks ago, still waiting for dining set. Order tracking doesn't work. The sofas are very uncomfortable and sagging after a month's use. I was charged £70 for Eaziglide system for moving sofa ( which I was told I would have for free) turned out to be little round sliders available in B and Q for £8.99. Still waiting for dining set to arrive. No communication to say what is taking so long.

The staff were great and not pushy to sell us a sofa. We seen what we wanted and were given the options. We asked for the sizes of each sofa so we could measure for what one would fit best for us. And they were emailed to us.

Customer staff was very patient and professional . Happy with the service we recieved.

The girl that served me was very helpful not pushy but asked the right questions and respected my wishes even offered me a coffee came over when I went in and gave me time to look around and told me her name so when I was ready I just asked for her
